We needed a drive from Southampton airport to Oxford due to the train cancellations over the Easter weekend. Krystian kept in communication with me prior to the collection and followed the flight to be aware of the delays. He collected us promptly and was friendly and courteous, helping with bags etc. the car was very comfortable with bottles of water for us. The journey was easy and we arrived at our restaurant 5 minutes early. It was a great experience and made what could have been a lengthy and stressful journey easy and pleasant for myself and my son. I would certainly use Ziegert again and would highly recommend!
