- 大雨や風の強い状況のため、ご到着から数日内に、どのタイプのナイトツアーもご予約されることをお勧めします。 雨季（5月上旬から12月下旬）は雨が要因となり、ツアーをキャンセルしたり、休暇の遅い日に変更する場合がございます。

Did not show up and we were so disappointed :(
Was looking forward to a night walk with my son to see some night wildlife, especially snakes. We waited 20 minutes for our guide and met a person from the animal rescue there who told us that this wasn’t surprising. Evidently the guide is dealing with something that has kept him from being reliable. We had limited time on our visit and were disappointed in the no-show. We certainly expect a full refund. Won’t be recommending Viator obviously!
Like the last couple of reviews, he did not show up tonight. Seems to happen very often. For your own good, do not book this tour..
Guide didn’t show up and didn’t react on our try to reach out to him. Also the very gentle guys from „kids save the rainforest“ tried to reach out to him. Sadly this seems to happen frequently (as locals afterwards mentioned). The better choice might be the guide from finca salamandra nearby.
No show and no communication i booked months in advance so if for any reason there were a problem I could have worked around it.
Guide never showed up. Waited at the designated start point for over a hour and all attempts to contact guide were unsuccessful.
Same story as many of the other recent reviews: no driver showed up. I was not dignified with a single response from this guide during my entire booking process. Very disappointing. I had to make special arrangements to fit this experience in, which inconvenienced not only my family, but my other guides as well. Do not breathe in the direction of this tour group. This business is beyond unprofessional.
Never showed up. Never responded to messages. Ruined my evening. Look at the other recent reviews that state the same thing happened to several other people.
Do not book this trip. The guy never showed up and wasted our evening. He never even responded to any of our messages.
Do not book this. The operator did not show up and wanted me to go to another location to accommodate him. Traveling so far to do this night tour with family and we were so disappointed by his “no show”
