It was such a nice and fun experience to learn how to roll Temaki sushi with Mariko-san et Yoichi-san, they were really willing to teach us their Japanese culture in the warmest way. I’m a vegetarian and I was able to hand roll vegetarian temaki.
An interesting and unique experience, especially for one that has never been to Japan before! Incredible fun with making sushi and it is absolutely delicious!
The ingredients of the Sushi were incredibly fresh. It was simple to put together and there was a wide selection to choose from!
