I was expecting more from the tour guide. Information was lacking. The only time he spoke English was when I would ask him a question. Most of his attention was on the other 2 Spanish speaking couples.

Arc and Beach
Very small boat, if you want to stop at snorkelling g beach, you have to jump into the water, someone will help with your bag, be prepared to tip. If you want to put bags under an umbrella at the beach, the charge is $30USD to get back on the boat you have to haul yourself back on as no ladder.

The beach experience was...
The beach experience was really nice. The caption and people that worked here were really nice. Took amazing photos. The only thing the boat is small so if you get seasick I wouldn't go because one part the waves are crazy. But overall really cool experience

The whole thing was...
The whole thing was misrepresented. Based on the description we felt we would be allowed to do snorkeling but we were just taken around and left at a beach (and that too we were asked to take everything from the boat and there wasn’t much help in getting on or off) I wouldn’t recommend doing this with family or if you want a good experience

Skip this tour
You get what you pay for! It was a quick boat ride up the coast pointing out landmarks. Spent a lot of time taking your picture at the arch then asking you to buy your photos. The Reservation stated there would be 2 hours spent at lovers beach but we only spent 45 minutes. The drop off at the beach is very chaotic, basically you jump off the front of the boat while also trying not to get hit by the boat. I would absolutely NOT try that with kids. Getting back on the boat was even more difficult. lovers beach is awesome, would have liked more time there. Also there are “attendants” (locals) posted on the beach to “help you on and off the boat” and then forcefully demand tips. They also continue to bother you while you’re on the beach trying to get you to buy their drinks/food. Not a terrible experience but you should know what to expect. I’d pay more for a more private and professional tour next time.

It would have been a...
It would have been a great excursion if we were able to go to the beach. Cabo had a thunderstorm the night before therefore all beaches closed due to the excessive amount of garbage. Be prepared to pay a $1 usd per person to get onto the boat located in the marina which I wasn’t happy about as it’s a paid excursion and we also didn’t get half of what we paid for. I fully understand it’s not the tour companies fault but a partial refund or other options could have been offered to make up for it. The crew were very lovely

concerning experience
paid for a 3 hour excursion and it only lasted one hour. getting on and off the boat at lovers beach is very aggressive and dangerous. this felt disorganized and misleading. i have outreached for assistance regarding the excursion being so short, and have not received any response.
