I would not recommend this excursion. While the staff was polite, they did not seem very welcoming toward tourists, and the overall experience was disappointing. One of the biggest issues was that they collected everyone’s phones before the excursion, so we couldn’t take our own photos. At the end, they offered to sell the photos they had taken at very high prices. Unfortunately, none of the pricing was explained beforehand, so the extra cost came as an unpleasant surprise. We originally chose this excursion because it seemed affordable, but by the end it felt overpriced for what was included. The lunch was also disappointing. It was advertised as a buffet, but it was not buffet-style as described. In addition, soft drinks were not included—you had to pay extra unless you chose the complimentary tequila shot. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations, and I would not recommend it.

I was very disappointed in this entire experience. First, I received one message 3 months prior to the actually activity about info. So there was a miscommunication in what time we needed to be somewhere. The listing says 11 but it was actually 9:40 am. Secondly and this is the bright side, when we missed the original tour time because of the terrible communication we were given options and rescheduled for the following day. That was nice. Thirdly, the bus drove right past us and we missed the tour again. My mom called to talk to someone but in their communication they don’t even give you a phone number. The lady on the phone then blamed us for the situation and offered to let us reschedule but it was our last day. Will not book again.
This was such a fun and great experience! The camel rides were probably our favorite over the atv but would def do again. Food was delicious , tequila was spicy would enjoy again next time we’re in Cabo.
