Had the best drive! So smooth and easy. They made communication and the meeting spot easy to find. Jensen was our guide and he was the BEST! He even took us to a great spot for a traditional Guatemalan lunch :)

We had a great experience with Quetzal Shuttle! Our drivers, Dereck and Joshua, were friendly, professional, and made us feel safe and comfortable throughout our trip. The vehicles were very clean and comfortable, which made the longer drives much more enjoyable! Having a private shuttle gave us so much peace of mind while traveling around Guatemala and made getting from place to place completely stress free. We will definitely use Quetzal Shuttle again and I highly recommend them!

We were picked up in Panajachel with a destination to Antigua. They were flexible with the time and their communication was great , timely and straightforward. Our driver was Jenscen who was great to chat with and gave great advice and information! I would definitely use their service again!

We had such a great experience with our shuttle driver, Dereck! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment he picked us up. Dereck made the entire ride comfortable and enjoyable, and we felt completely safe throughout the trip. He was very attentive, helpful with our luggage, and easy to talk to, which made the drive go by quickly. You can tell he genuinely cares about providing a great experience for his passengers. We couldn’t have asked for a better driver and would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing transportation in Guatemala. Thank you for making our trip even more enjoyable! 10/10 experience!

Jenscen was our driver and made it super easy. Timely pick up, he was super friendly, limited English but we managed just fine. We’ll be booking them again later in our trip :)

Joshua is the only reason i’m writing this review, i have been to soo many countries to visit but his hospitality and service is what led me to write this review. the pick up was punctual, he made stops if we had to, he made the best recommendations. and we had a blast talking the entire way there (2.5 hrs) to lake atitlan that i didn’t even feel the ride to be that long. i hope that he gets all the praise he deserves for his hard work. we need more drivers like Joshua. i hope that i can rebook him when i come back to Guatemala. :) Joshua is the only reason why I am writing this review; I have been to so many countries to visit, but his hospitality and service are what led me to write this review.
