ALI, the guide and driver, has an easy-to-understand English. He has a cheerful personality and is very service-oriented, and it is easy to ask him for some adjustments.
His driving of the Land Cruiser was excellent, and I could enjoy it with peace of mind.
I was impressed by the potential of the Land Cruiser to run safely anywhere. An exciting desert safari, beautiful sunsets, beaches, and tranquility. I am very satisfied.
Qatar is hotter than I imagined. Because the heat drains your energy just from walking for 10 minutes, I strongly recommend a private tour with hotel pickup.

Great desert adventure with a wonderfully accommodating guide!
We had a fantastic experience with Gulf Desert Rose. I went with my dad, and we both genuinely had a great time from start to finish.
The activities were excellent — camel riding, falconry, dune bashing, and sandboarding were all very well organised and memorable.
Our tour guide, Ali, was friendly, knowledgeable, and informative throughout the experience. He made us feel comfortable and took the time to explain things clearly.
One thing especially worth highlighting is how accommodating he was. We booked very last minute, and Ali arrived earlier than scheduled to make sure we could catch the sunset. He also helped us add an extra activity at the last minute without any hassle, which we really appreciated.
Overall, a great experience and one I would happily recommend to anyone visiting Qatar.

Unforgettable Family Desert Safari with Razi
We had an absolutely fantastic desert safari experience with Razi and couldn’t have asked for a better guide. We were a family of four, and from the moment we were picked up, Razi made us feel safe, comfortable, and well looked after. He is a very experienced and confident driver, and the dune bashing was thrilling but never felt reckless — just the perfect balance of excitement and safety.
Razi knew exactly where to stop for the best views and photo opportunities, and he kindly took lots of high-quality photos for us, which we really appreciated. The scenery in the desert was stunning, especially during the photo stops, and Razi made sure we had enough time to enjoy each location without feeling rushed.
The camel ride was a lovely experience for the whole family, and sandboarding was great fun and well organised. Everything was explained clearly, making it easy for both adults and children to enjoy. The car bashing was one of the highlights of the trip and was done very professionally.
On top of that, Razi was friendly, easy to talk to, and great company throughout the journey. His conversation made the drive even more enjoyable and added to the overall experience. This safari was one of the highlights of our trip, and we would happily recommend Razi to families or anyone looking for a memorable desert safari experience.
