We had a wonderful afternoon on the Golden Sunset Desert Safari! From riding sand buggies and camels to dune bashing and sandboarding, the whole trip was great fun. The buggy ride gave us plenty of chances to stop for photos from the tops of the dunes. We then rode camels through the desert before heading out for dune bashing in a Nissan Patrol! As evening approached, our guide Mujahid took us to the top of a dune to watch the sunset. With the full moon rising over the desert, it was a beautiful moment. We finished the afternoon sandboarding down the dunes, which was a lot of fun. Mujahid made the experience especially memorable. He shared his knowledge of Qatari history and the dunes, took fantastic photos, and looked after us throughout the tour. Thank you, Mujahid, for your kindness and hospitality!
