This was a great experience. Saide our guide was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and personable. We were able to take as much time as we wanted and our guide provided a lot of information along the way and answered all of our questions with ease. Excellent and highly recommend.
Thank you so much for you nice words and recommendations and know that you are always welcome 🙏🏼
A very beautiful experience with a driver who was available and attentive to my schedule.
Merci bcp pour votre joli commentaire et vous êtes toujours les bienvenues chez nous
Driver was 35 minutes late with no call. Driver also stopped us at a few locations he obviously had deals with for us to spend money and he would then get a cut.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the 35-minute delay and, especially, for the lack of communication. You should have been informed, and we understand how frustrating this must have been. Regarding the additional stops, they were intended as optional recommendations—not as an obligation or an attempt to pressure you into spending money. We are sorry that this was not made clear and that the experience gave you a different impression. We take your concern seriously and will review the situation directly with the driver. Providing a comfortable, transparent, and enjoyable experience is very important to us. We appreciate your comments, as they help us improve, and we hope you will give us an opportunity to provide you with the quality of service you should have received.
Mohammad was delightful! Arrived early, was well-dressed and professional. He was very accommodating and did everything he could to make us happy. He was also very flexible and made the trip feel very private and customized. This was our second driver during our trip from a company called Premier. They clearly hire high quality drivers who work very hard to please their clients. We like that and will definitely request them again. Mohammad is the kind of driver who will keep us using Trip Advisor and Premier on our next visits. Thank you.
