Jamie was enthusiastic, animated, engaging, empathetic when discussing sensitive topics around crime victims, and confirmed that we were comfortable with all of the locations on the tour since they were off main roads and it was an all-female group. You can tell he’s very passionate, and storytelling is something he is clearly a natural at. It was different than all of the other London group tours that are about Jack the Ripper and we learned so much. I judge tours by whether or not I can just learn most of the subject on my own and I honestly had no idea what was coming next which kept it interesting.

Two fascinating hours during which our guide revealed some truly unbelievable stories — so extraordinary that they were almost hard to believe! From curses and crimes to ghosts, London has a dark side I never would have imagined. As an added bonus, we wandered through hidden alleyways we would never have discovered otherwise. Our guide was absolutely fantastic, and it was clear how passionate he is about what he does. The amount of research and hard work the team has put into creating this experience is truly impressive. I absolutely loved it and would recommend it 100% to anyone visiting London! A little tip: Make sure to bring some cash with you. We didn’t have any on us and would have loved to leave a small tip as a token of our appreciation!

Our guide Jamie is very nice and entertained us well. He had a competent answer to every question. The stories were exciting and we had a lot of fun!

The tour was SO MUCH FUN. I was having such a good time I didn’t even realize how much we had walked. The guide was funny and informative and very very respectful about making sure we could not only stomach the topics but that we felt safe and comfortable while walking through dark backstreets along the tour stop at night. It was me, my sister and cousin and we had an incredible time and learned a lot. Would definitely recommend and do it again!

This tour was so fun! Not only was it informative, but it was tastefully funny as well! This tour is given in small groups which is always fun! Our tour guide was passionate about the topics. He also was good at checking in with the group to make sure everyone was okay with the subject matter being discussed and the locations we walked through (the tour is given at night). Walking through London seeing historic sights at night was the cherry on top!

Fascinatingly eerie! London's deep and dark history never fails to give the chills and Jamie brings these stories to life with a macabre humour that is just perfect. A wonderful way to see a familiar part of the city with a dark new lens.

Myself and a friend booked the Dark history tour of London, and had such a fabulous experience. Jamie was fantastic! Really enthusiastic, incredibly knowledgeable, funny and friendly, and genuinely happy to stop and answer questions along the way. He also made the whole thing feel really relaxed and personal and we could tell he genuinely loves the stories he’s telling, which made the whole experience even more engaging. I've lived in London for over 10 years, and thought I knew all of the ghost stories, but there were so many places I have walked past countless times, with the most incredible tales that actually make Jack the Ripper look tame! . Would definitely recommend, especially if you think you already know London pretty well!

This was such a fascinating tour. I’ve been through some of these parts of London before and I never knew of a lot of these stories which were genuinely very eerie. The tour guide was great (sorry can’t remember his name) he really brought some great humour to some grim stories. If you enjoy dark history, true crime or just a fun time out that’s a little different I highly recommend.
