The captain(Charlie) and the snorkel guide (Ramon) were terrific. They were super nice and the trip was well worth the money. We were able to swim alongside turtles and able to hang out with stingrays on the sand bar. They also made us a tasty snack of fish ceviche and fresh guacamole. We would definitely book with them again.

It was incredible, Jonathan and Carlos were our guides and they were excellent; they took us to all the places where we saw fish, turtles, sharks, stingrays, and starfish, very attentive with everything we needed, they prepared ceviche, guacamole, and margaritas, it was a beautiful experience

My husband and I had the most wonderful excursion with Javier and his crew. We could not recommend this more. We saw the most beautiful wildlife while snorkeling! They made us some of the best guacamole and fresh ceviche we’ve ever had. 11/10!!

Was a perfect day! The water was so clear and beautiful! We seen sea turtles, giant starfish, lots of other fish and stingrays. The ceviche and guc was delicious! Javier was the best guide super knowledgeable and friendly, made us feel like family. They gave us water, sodas and plenty of beers, Javier even made us a Paloma on our way back. This was way better than a beach club and I’ve been to several. Would recommend this every time!

Memories our family will remember forever! We can’t say enough good things about our guide, Javier, the captain, Carlos (I think) and Christian. They are truly the best! If we could give more than 5 stars, we would! The entire experience is top-notch. Also, don’t let the marina throw you off- once you step on the boat, the trip itself is perfect.

The tour guides were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the experience. They allowed my partner and me to explore at our own pace while still making sure everyone in the group received the assistance they needed. We saw plenty of marine life, including nurse sharks, sea turtles, and starfish. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Cozumel!

Amazing trip with a fantastic crew! Lots of wildlife and beautiful snorkeling conditions. To top it off, the ceviche, fruit, and guacamole at El Cielito were delicious. You are also able to bring a bag for whatever you need while on board. Make sure to bring a camera!

Great experience but have realistic expectations. There is no more reef. We went to all of the common spots. U will see a bunch of other boats sharing the same spots. We saw sting rays, turtles and a single shark. Our guide is very friendly and explains the plans in English( not just in Spanish like the guide we has md in Chichen itza. We took a taxi from ferry terminal which too about 10min at $200peso. The trip took just under 4 hrs as stated. We were back at the marina at 2 sharp and taxis were waiting already. Nice of them to cover the taxi back to terminal. Overall 5 star for the company and 2 star for the reef/snorkel.
