Xavier and Christian and the captain (Carlos, I think) did a great job on this experience. We were taken to 3 different places and saw some amazing sights. Xavier was always emphaszing safety and comfort, which was appreciated. You pay for the taxi to the pier (directions will be emailed to you before the excursion), but transportation is provided after. No fins were provided (not a problem for me) and sunscreen was also not recommended, as it would harm the coral reefs. The last stop was a shallow sandbar where delicious refreshments were served. The ceviche and guacamole were very tasty along with chips and drinks (soda, water or beer). The tour is only open to 12 people at a time, so book early. I would do this again with that crew. Thanks, guys (and the lady who checked us in and had the return taxi waiting!

The guides were incredible and very fun to be with. We saw turtles, sharks, sting rays and more. It was definitely worth it to come all the way from Cancun. Best decision ever. I really recommend this snorkelling tour.

Best snorkel experience in a long time. So many stops and different things we saw. Turtles, puffer fish, starfish, stingrays and more. Very knowledge as well.

The guides were amazing. We accidentally went to the wrong marina and were late and they waited for us. We saw starfish, sea turtles, sting rays and a barracuda. We had a lot of young kids on our boat and they were great with them o the boat and supporting them in the water. They even letting the little ones “drive” for a bit. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Very friendly and Javier, captain Carlos and Christan took really good care of us. One of the best excursion we’ve done !

Javier our guide and Carlos our boat captain were fantastic, as well as their assistant Christian! 6 of us were on a 3-generation family girls’ cruise and booked this activity ahead of time for the Cozumel stop. We shared the boat with another couple and a family of 3, so it was not a private tour. The 30 minute boat ride from the marina to the reef and snorkel area was fun, and we passed by much of the island of Cozumel. Javier was very knowledgeable about the area and the sea animals that we would likely see. He was careful to show us how to use the equipment, and was aware of swimming capabilities and snorkeling experience of our group. He was comfortable with the lack of experience of several of us, and showed us what to do so we could have a successful trip. We enjoyed seeing a sea turtle, lots of starfish, stingrays, a baby shark, hundreds of fish, and the plant life of the reef. Javier pointed different animals out to us while we were in the water, and was careful to keep our group close enough that he could monitor how we were doing. He allowed confident swimmers to snorkel without life jackets but insisted that we all wear them in the boat since we did go pretty fast. Carlos handled the boat with competence and served us a delicious lunch of fish ceviche, guacamole, chips, and fruit, all fixed for us in the boat while we were snorkeling. It was served in bowls on a paddle board while we were standing in waist deep water…delicious!! It was definitely a unique and memorable experience, a highlight of our trip.

Although we had to cancel our tour due to illness, seems like company would of served us well. Before the trip, my questions via app and email were answered quickly. Their directions were also clear.

This trip was amazing. Our guide Carlos is one of those trip leaders that pays attention to everyone, cares about protecting the environment and natural areas, and is very kind. I am so glad we went with on a smaller boat without a huge crowd and got to experience the reefs with a local.

Prior to the experience date, the staff communicated with me and answered all my questions. The day of, the ship was running late on disembarking, but they were wonderful and told me not to worry. We visited 4 places with 3 of those snorkeling. Captain Andres did a great job finding us a place to snorkel even though there were tons of boats and people out. The waves can tire you out some but Carlos was always there helping those that were struggling. Carlos did a great job of pointing out things we may have missed in our own. We saw 3 sea turtles, two barracudas, a stingray, tons of fish, and tons of starfish. We had 6 participants. Everyone but myself used their life vest at the other snorkel spots. I appreciated that Carlos was open to them using the life vest. We loved El Cielo and all the stingrays and fish there. Tristan was an added bonus to Captain Andre’s and Carlos. We are glad we were able to meet him since it’s his summer break from school. He did a great job of helping people to keep up or to not drift too far. Loved the ceviche, guacamole, and fruit. It was wonderful. All in all, we felt like we got a very personal experience with only 6 passengers. We felt very lucky. The crew readily talked to us and made sure everyone was good. The taxi back as part of the package was appreciated. We had no difficulty finding them. Our cab drove us to the marina, past security, and straight where the boat was docked. The lady that greeted us and took the 3 dollar fee knew our names and greeted us. We will do this again when we come to Cozumel again. Don’t hesitate to book and know they will help keep you safe.
