We had a really good time with our guide Louis while travelling both on the bus and on the boat. Even if the weather wasn't as sunny as planned the views where great. Do remember to bring a good coat for the boat.

The Shala River and Lake Komani are great But the trip to get there is long The organization is very well done, we have all the information in advance

TripAdvisor sold me a tour with a guide in Italian, but in truth it was with a guide in English, I was contacted the day before, really not even 12 hours before, I was told that we were the only Italians booked, so either we accepted that type of service or otherwise they offered us a full refund, this is understandable, but I am on vacation for a few days, I wanted to do that tour and so I accepted, if they had notified us a few days earlier or with a few more hours, it would have certainly been better and I would have opted for other agencies. But leaving these things aside, we had a spectacular tour and the guide was truly the best, he never left the group, he kept everything under control.

It was a beautiful experience made even more beautiful by our guide Olsa, who was super nice, polite, and knowledgeable; she explained so many things about the lake and the population to us. Our driver was no less, prudent, fast just right, but above all experienced. It is important to have such a combination because if the guide is very good, but the driver makes you risk your life, especially on a very delicate route with many curves like the one to the Komaki River, I don't think it's the best, so a special mention also goes to him, mondj.

Incredible trip. Travel is long but worth it (about 10hrs total, and 4hrs of free time on the river). Guide was kind and patient. There is a stop at a coffee shop for refreshments/toilet. Highly recommend this, one of a kind experience

We are not satisfied with the company, just book with get your guide! We were at the pick-up point twice for nothing in the morning at 5 am but did not see anyone from the tour. Because we didn't get our money back we went back to the 3rd and then we were picked up. The tour itself was okay. Beautiful nature. Put on a jacket for the boat, very wet and cold. On the spot itself more than 3 hours of free time, far too long because there is nothing to do, can not walk on the pebbles, river too cold to swim, zippline did not work and sunbeds 10 euros.
