Our guide has been working with TravelBliss for more than four years and has consistently received excellent feedback from our guests. We take the quality of our guiding very seriously, and therefore we do not believe that your description fairly represents his usual level of service. If there was a specific historical mistake, we would certainly be happy to investigate it, but we do not agree that this should characterize the entire guiding experience. We would also like to clarify what was included in your $49 tour. This price included transportation from Samarkand to Shahrisabz and back, a comfortable vehicle, and a professional guide for the full-day trip. Considering the distance of approximately 100 km each way, the transportation and professional guiding service, we believe this was a very reasonable package. Regarding the craft shops, these visits are connected with the local culture and traditional handicrafts of Shahrisabz. No guest is required to purchase anything. We are sorry that these cultural stops did not match your personal expectations, but they are not intended to be a way of forcing guests to shop. We fully respect that every traveler has different preferences. However, we also believe that a review should reflect the service provided and the actual nature of the tour, rather than expectations that were not part of the experience. We appreciate constructive feedback and will always use it to improve.
