テッサロニキ料理ツアー : 地元のおいしいものを食べよう

Had a great time eating a variety of local foods and learning about Thessaloniki with our guide George, even had time to pick up some olive oil while we were in the market.

Wow! What can we say?! Danae was a gem and she took us to some very awesome spots! We did two other tours and this was, hands down, the best one! Highly recommend!

Do you want a food-focused tour? Then you are in the right place. It was varied, traditional, and a lot. Each one is delicious! We always hope to hear a few more facts and tidbits about the city and the culture, and during the walk, for example, to be pointed out special things. That was a bit less in this tour, but it's called a food tour for a reason, and in that respect it was perfect!

Lovely local food tour with Maria who was really knowledgeable, clearly passionate about the city and had a great rapport with all the owners. The food was fabulous, couldn’t manage to eat it all and had the option of taking some of it away! The tour was lovely and relaxed and Maria highlighted important aspects of the city as we passed them. It was a great way to see the city on foot, eat what the locals enjoy and chat with the owners and staff of the venues. The visit to the olive oil store- Chrisopigi, was really interesting. The owner was lovely and gave lots of interesting information regarding the olives they grow in Crete. We would highly recommend the tour to anyone.

We loved our tour! Our guide was very friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable. He took us through several parts of the city to out of the way places with excellent food. Highly reccommended.

An excellent tour. Perfect introduction to the local cuisine and the history of the region and its people. The guide, Maria, was very friendly and she had a very good understanding of the food and its context. Since I was the only guest on this tour we had time to have interesting discussions over a variety of topics. The food was delicious, not another word of it. I highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in Macedonian cuisine and the culture in general.

Lots of food in short period of time. It would be nice if the tour was longer allowing us to have time to digest

Maria met us promptly. She was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. She clearly loves the city and communicated this to us. Although it was a hot day the stops involved only short walks and she was great at making sure we got ample water and shade The foods we sampled were very tasty and characteristic of the city snd either Maria or the owner if the shoo dud a great job of explaining unique features of the food, where it csme from and its role in the daily culture.
