Amazing city sold short
So, so, so disappointing. Absolutely no enthusiasm from the reps for any part of their jobs. Not unfriendly but not friendly either. Bought tickets in advance for all the good it meant. Getting a seat felt like a desperate seat grab. No effort to shepherd customers on-board. The tour is, apparently, available in over 20 languages. It had nothing of interest to say in any of them. Long stretches of muzac periodically interrupted by, what appears to me, to be an AI generated narrative of pure dross. You will pass many sites of interest and you will learn nothing about them. There are other tours available. Unless they drive you into the Vltava they will be better. The river cruise was very pleasant and worth the time.

RIVER CRUISE SCAMMER BEWARE!!
Paid 500czk for 2 beers (150czk) and given change for 200czk!! Challenged right away and told I was lying by old woman serving!! This is disgraceful behaviour, do not use!!

We used Big Bus in two...
We used Big Bus in two cities, Vienna and Prague. It was great experience, easy to navigate the town and explore. One thing to keep in mind is understanding when your last buses are in the stop towards evening so you can plan accordingly as the trips come to an end around 6.

Very Inconsistent!
The green route, smaller buses in the old town was quite nice, and relatively quiet. The narration fairly well matched the bus location. The red route, with the larger buses was a real waste of time. Most of the time the narration either didn’t seem to match where the bus was, or you couldn’t see the site being referred to. The red line is only suitable for transportation near the desired site.

The Bus was good and narrative was a little off as we sometimes heard about a site after we passed it. The river cruise was nice and relaxing

We were able to do both tours, we really liked it. Wait times are short. Easy to find, an experience to have, we did all of Prague thanks to its 24h bus

Always a solid pick
We have used this to start a day in every major city and love it. It’s a great way to just get a feel for the city and how to navigate it. We also use it as a taxi so to speak to get where we need to go.
