Highly recommend this tour! The company are excellent and keep the group small - there were 9 of us and I think their max is 10-12. Other groups were huge and, quite apart from the inconvenience they caused, they couldn't possibly have had the interaction with the guide that we had with Jacob... who was EXCELLENT! So well informed, funny and entertaining... he really made the day. We actually had more than a day there but decided to do this tour to make sure we saw all we wanted to ... and we did! Thank you, Jacob!

Upon arrival, things seemed a bit disorganized with the guides (who was going with whom), but fortunately, we were assigned Agata and she was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable, had a great voice tone that didn’t sound monotonous, and provided little stories along the way to bring greater insight to the sites we were seeing. She has a dynamic personality, which added to an overall wonderful experience. The tour is broken out into three segments. The city tour on foot was with Agata (wear comfortable shoes as navigating the cobblestone streets can be a bit challenging); a break for lunch on your dime, followed by a boat cruise without any tour guide, though there is a recording on the boat that provides points of interest for you to view; the final part of the tour requires you to return to the original morning meeting place, just across the Charles Bridge, where you will meet a different tour guide who takes you up to the Palace for a tour. The tour up to the Palace includes a tram ride (the price is included in the ticket price). I was disappointed the Palace tour did not include a visit to St. Vitas, as the Palace tour is all outside and not really that impressive. You do learn the history of the Palace, but you’re only able to see it externally. At the conclusion of the tour, you are on your own to pay for a tram or walk down the hill to return to your hotel. I gave this tour a 5-star as you did see quite a bit of the main attractions of the city and also a credit to Agata, who was one of the best tour guides we have ever had. I would have preferred having her for the afternoon tour of the Palace for consistency. Of course, if your morning tour guide wasn’t that great, a change in guides for the afternoon might be refreshing. You definitely learn about the city and its history on this tour, which is how the tour is described.

It’s understated to say the impact a tour guide has on an experience like this, and Sebastian was the best guide I’ve ever had. The knowledge, humour and ability to be authentically him and provide a fun day was special. By the end of the day he felt like a friend more than a guide. Prague is majestic and beautiful. Seb went out of his way to understand people’s interests and backgrounds and personalized the day towards that. Worth every penny. Highlight of my trip.

We joined the one day trip on 24th Sep where we were shown different places of attraction in Prague. Thanks to our guide Sebastian, he is very knowledgable and shared his passion to Prague and Czech Republic to us. His good sense of humor has made the whoie trip a happy and harmonious one. I strongly recommend the tour should it be your first time visiting Prague, and it will be a cherry on top should yoy find Sebastian to be your guide on the trip.

Very well paced. Catch many of the highlights in a day that did not seem too long. The stories from Sebastian were a highlight.

Great tour but the guide was truly excellent. Sebastian is a man that knows Czech history and is anxious to share it!

I am travelling alone with a very short time in Prague and wanted to try and see as much as possible, but get the most out of the experience. I went on the all day tour yesterday with Sebastian. I am not sure that I have the words to describe just how good he was. Thorough, clearly loves the history and his knowledge and willingness to share a piece of his life with us was just second to none. I've done quite a bit of travel and haven't come across a tour guide quite like him. The group wasn't too big and the others on the tour made sure I didn't feel like I was travelling solo at all. Well worth the money and thoroughly enjoyed the experience!

David was a fantastic guide. The way he kept us engaged, detailed all sights whilst even walking backwards to keep eye contact. The river cruise was underwhelming.

Eric, our guide, was wonderful. He has a deep knowledge of history and also offered many tips for tourists. He showed us many photos of historical figures and places on his phone to augment the tour. The boat ride and tram ride were fun, and we had a great time walking the palace grounds.
