Unreliable person. We had a tour booked and also after a down payment through a, to us unknown platform, we were not provided with time of pick up and driver. As we were on the flight to Moldova, the company tried to reach us and cancelled the tour for us. We had to book last minute our own car and driver. (which we managed) It must have been that the Moldova Discovery tours was unhappy with the negotiated price perhaps. Arrange your own trip: Cheaper and easy to do from Moldova when you're there.

I spent a fun day doing a tour of Bender/Tiraspol with Dmitry and it became the highlight of my whole trip. We started at the markets hunting for Soviet memorabilia, then headed to Bender Fortress where he gave me the full story-time experience. After that, straight to THE stolovka for lunch and a few pictures with more soviet stuff. To help with digestion, he took me for cognac shots in a sad little place which I loved, and then we tried to get into an abandoned building overlooking a babushka council meeting, with stray dogs as witnesses. We wrapped up at a wonderfully questionable supermarket where all the local weird characters hang out. I couldn’t ask for anything better 😂 Dmitry is a super knowledgeable and fun guide, and on top of that he’s a really good photographer! Definitely recommended 🌟

I would strongly recommend Dimitri as a guide since he is very professional, superfriendly and really helpful. I had a tour with him and he showed me all the places in Prednistrovie inkl. the off beaten path. He was truly the best guide I ever had. It was really interesting to see Transnistria and get to learn about the history of this place. I felt very safe and everything was very good arranged. Again, thank you so much for showing me Prednistrovie in a very professional way!

We spent a wonderful day with Dmitri. We visited Marta and Maria monastery, Bender city, Bender fortress, bottle museum and tiraspol. We ate in the Soviet canteen (very tasty food), and enjoyed walks and kvass. Dmitri is a great guide and we recommend a tour with him, you won't be bored. We will definitely visit Transnistria again with him.

One of the best trips of my life! Most enjoyed the excursion to Aquatir - a fish factory breeding different types of sturgeon, with tasting of caviar and smoked sturgeon. We are very grateful to Dimitri for organizing this tour. I really want to come again with the children, cross the Dniester by ferry, buy the “bouquet of Moldova” in the bottling, see the fins and be sure to return once more to the fish factory!!

Dmitry knows Tiraspol like his pocket, it's normal he grew up there! The visit he made was worth it. It's much more rewarding and rewarding than if we had done it alone. We advise to visit Tiraspol, as it is a bit like living the present moment and the past at the same time!

I visited Tiraspol recently with some family and friends and it was a unique and interesting experience. The tour was wonderful, and our guide, Dima, showed us around the city and all it's cultural and historical sites and provided background information and explanations. Overall it was a wonderful experience that I would repeat again. Would recommend.
