Avoid at All Costs — Unreliable, Rude, and Completely Unprofessional We drove over an hour to the pickup point only to find no one there. After calling the operator, we were informed the trip was canceled because their “new boat” was supposedly broken. The only “effort” made to inform us? A single missed call the day before. No voicemail. No text. No email. No WhatsApp, not even an effort to message us via Viator which other operators do. When we pointed this out, the response was jaw-dropping: “Well, this is what happens when you don’t call back.” Excuse me? The tone was condescending, unapologetic, and frankly rude — as if it was our fault for not chasing them down to confirm a booking they had already taken payment for. Zero accountability. Zero customer service. This wasn’t just a minor inconvenience — it wasted our time and a full day of our trip. The operator didn’t care. This is not just bad service — it’s lazy, indifferent, and completely untrustworthy. Sadly, the attitude of “this is Greece” was used as an excuse, not an explanation. Do yourself a favor: Avoid this operator like the plague. There are plenty of professional, respectful businesses in Greece — this is not one of them

Our captain was fantastic — incredibly friendly, experienced, and attentive. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had the best possible experience. The winds were a bit strong that day, which made for a rougher ride on the water. If you're prone to motion sickness, I definitely recommend taking good sea sickness medication beforehand. Despite the choppy waters, we swam in the most stunning clear blue water and were lucky enough to see a turtle! This was truly the highlight of our trip — an unforgettable experience and memories we’ll cherish for a lifetime. Highly recommended!

Motor boat hire (self captain). The owner when realised our TUI rep had not booked properly then arranged to collect us himself and book us for the next day and then take us back again. He was a lovely guy and was very nice to have offered this. We also then got to hear more about the island and life on the island.

I can’t say enough positive things about this company. When we reached the island my husband wasn’t feeling well, and I reached out to let them know that he couldn’t make it to our prearranged tour. They were so flexible and communicative, and easily rescheduled us for the next day. We still had our private tour and it was everything we hoped for and more. Dimitrios was our captain and could not have been nicer. He showed us all of the highlights, and we even stopped for lunch at an amazing seafood restaurant, Nobelos. I can occasionally get motion sick on boats, and had absolutely no issues the entire day. We enjoyed learning more about the island, and seeing it from this vantage point was absolutely breathtaking. We saw lots of other boats out on the water, and they appeared to be crammed with people, which didn’t look fun. This is the way to go, since there were only the two of us Dimitrios was able to really curate the trip for us, and it was an unforgettable experience.

Trip itself was good, it says fridge with water and alcoholic beverages included. I had to ask for water was given two bottles for seven of us. Tasos the captain was very pleasant and boat was nice.

The greatest experience we ve had in the island! We go to see so many secret spots that we wouldn’t if it wasn’t for our great captain Dionysis! And not only that, the weather, the crystal blue waters, the very comfy private boat, as well as the little extras that those guys offered us, made the whole trip so unique! Totally recommended!

Excellent private tour that we booked last minute. We enjoyed the cliff jumping area, the caves, and the beaches. Our captain let us choose which beaches we wanted to visit and how much time to stay. Highly recommend, one of our favorite vacation activities

Tassos was a great captain and took very good care of us. We enjoyed visiting the caves and jumping off the cliffs!
