Mari started at the Meiji Shrine - which was ideal is the somewhat rainy weather. After touring the shrine (quiet peacefulness), we then went almost next door to the craziness of Harajuku- the bright colors and activity were exactly what ththose streets are about. We ended at a lovely rooftop garden overlooking the mix of all you can see there. It was really lovely.

Amazing
I had an incredible tour with Atsuko, who brought everything to life with her deep local knowledge, cultural insights, and thoughtful explanations. Exploring Meiji Shrine, along with its surrounding gardens and forest, felt truly special. Wonderful tour!
We had an amazing time on this tour. Our guide Yui was amazing, very kind, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. We thoroughly recommend Yui and the tour company. We went to see the cat cafe, as we had gone to a pig Cafe in Yokohama. The cats were well cared for and it was great to see them all and watch them getting fed.

Highly recommended! Awesome experience!
Amazing tour! Loved experiencing mixture of traditional and modern Japanese culture. Meiji Jingu shrine was so peaceful and beautiful. The highlight of the tour was those miniature piggies though. So adorable! Wanted to take them home so bad! Wish I could try out the other animal cafes on Takeshita street as well!

Old meets new, A peaceful experience
The atmosphere at Meiji Jingu was so peaceful and refreshing. Can’t believe these Cool Traditional Japanese things in busy Tokyo!!
Pigs are also peaceful, so you’ll experience Unique Old and New Japanese style peaceful time through this tour!
