The hot air balloon sunrise tour was an unforgettable experience. Watching the sunrise over the Dubai desert from the balloon was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The pickup was on time, the staff were friendly and professional, and everything was well organized from start to finish. The balloon ride was smooth, and the views of the desert were incredible. I also appreciated the comfortable transportation, which made the early morning trip stress-free. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone visiting Dubai.

Sunrise balloon trip in the Dubai desert
Though a slightly chaotic start, rushing to beat the clock so the sunrise wasn't missed (pick up driver arrived 20 mins late) what a fabulous and memorable experience this was for our family of 4 adults. Captain Ersin was a very personable, informative and expert pilot. Highly recommended...

Thrilling experience, very adrenal.
It was one of the best experience of my life. We were flying highest among all the balloons wohooo! You can spot endless desert and Gazalle running although its hard to spot a gazalle but if you have good eye congrats. please note don't underestimate the weather by experiencing normal city temp. Desert is truely cold in the dawn time and air makes it more harsh, make sure to carry a heavy jacket. Best of luck.

For a first balloon not great.
The takeoff was not bad but it did not manage to take the right winds to climb, on 6 balloons we were the lowest.
Then he sold us a video 50€ , there is ps takeoff not landing just what he filmed.
Then they take the phones to make style I send you pictures and it is to put 5 stars
After the great car driver.
I advise against taking the balls or it is marked dubai

Regarding the video, we’ve double-checked the file and can confirm that it matches the standard footage captured during all flights. This is the same practice followed by every hot air balloon company in Dubai, as all videos are subject to review by the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority.
As for the flight altitude, hot air balloons rely entirely on wind conditions. The pilot determines how high or low the balloon can safely ascend based on real-time weather and safety factors. While some balloons may rise higher, our pilots will never take a balloon into an unsafe wind layer just for altitude. That said, we will certainly pass your comments to the pilot for future consideration.
