Once in a Lifetime Experience! This is a MUST DO if you are in Dubai! This was one of the best tours my husband and I did while visiting Dubai. From beginning to end, it was amazing. Mauricio was our driver and host for the day, and he was fantastic—prompt with our hotel pickup, very engaging, and incredibly informative during the drive out to the balloon launch site. Upon arrival, we were given reusable water bottles and safety instructions for the balloon ride. It was the most perfect day! Our original flight was canceled due to high winds, so we rescheduled—and we are so happy we did. The weather was perfect. We had about a 45-minute balloon ride, reaching up to about 4,000 feet. We were accompanied by a falconer and his bird, who did a short demonstration while we were in the air. Before landing, we were briefed on the possibility of a bumpy landing, but we couldn’t have asked for a better pilot. Usually, the basket tips over—but not this time. We glided in with just a few bumps and came to a stop upright. Following the balloon ride, we headed to the Platinum Heritage camp for a delicious private breakfast and a camel ride. Everyone there was very helpful and courteous. All in all, it was a great experience and one we would highly recommend!

What a unique experience I will remember forever. We were picked up from the hotel at 4am with a brand new Defender and took us 1hr drive to the desert. There we met the pilot, we were given a safety brief and then the adventure started. After the flight, we were offered coffee, tea and cookies. We were also given a thermos and a box of goodies as a gift. We slept all the way back to the hotel. Our guide was very nice- I am sorry I cannot recall his name but I remember him saying he was the only Indian in the team.

We were picked up on time to the minute. The balloon ride was great. We have seen oryx antelopes, camels and of course a beautiful sunrise. The balloon team was professional. After the safe landing we were driven to a beautiful oasis. There we had a wonderful breakfast with fresh orange juice, fruit, scrambled eggs etc. There were also some unexcited Bedouins with their camels, who by the way smelled wonderful, on site. On request it was told that the camels are freshly showered.😅 All staff, from waiters to drivers, were extremely polite and relaxed. As a gift there was a nice, high-quality drinking bottle with the matching logo.

It was a perfectly organized trip from the first to the last second! From the Jeep ride through the friendliest of friendly people Ebraima, to the balloon ride with Captain Hosam and Jaffar the Falcon! It's great. The ride in the Ballom was breathtaking and just in time. The sunrise was a dream. I can only recommend this experience to anyone who has this opportunity. Hosam, the captain has explained everything to us in the last detail. He was wonderful. Even the subsequent breakfast left nothing missing about the previous. A fantastic experience on Christmas morning from start to finish! Our driver Saif was so professional and helpful from the time he collected us at our hotel. He briefed us on the excursion and also the history of Dubai. Our hot air balloon Pilot gave a great safety overview. The Baloon ride was fab and an effortless landing. The falcon display by the guy on board was fun. Following the landing, we had a camel ride followed by a fab 5-star breakfast. Highly recommended. Fran and Bryan, Ireland

We’ve done a number of balloon rides all over the world but this one reigned supreme.. from the pilot to the crew to the accompanying naturalist with his falcon, the trip was beyond the best ever. The camel ride and breakfast almost too beautiful to eat, the kindness and intelligence, our lovely waiter from Togo, a stunning camp, bathrooms right out of a design magazine, gazelles coming into camp. Beautifully maintained and perfectly articulated product. Wow just wow. 10 stars.

It was our honeymoon and our first tour in Dubai. Long story short, we had a really great time. The Falcon show in the sky was super and the breakfast was also great even though it was too hot to seat our table. Overall, it was the best tour. Nikky is the best tour guide. Very kind and nice, even funny!!

Simply a fantastic well organised and run experience from pick up to drop off. The ballon crew and Captain true professionals and the falcon just a fantastic bird. The breakfast equally well done. A big thankyou to ALL the crew involved who make this a truely memorable experience.

If you have a phobia of height and getting scared to do this hot air balloon then do not worry, just relax as this company have professional Pilots who will get you this experience without any scary take offs and landings. You will be in their safe hands. I experienced a hot air balloon ride with Hero Balloon Flight of Hero Experience Group, and it was nothing short of magical. A dream come true moment for me. I was simply amazed by lovely view that our mother earth had to offer. Dubai’s desert view looked amazing from high up in the sky. The entire team were excellent from Driver Hamza Zizinga. He was a person with full of positive energy. Kawa and dates were served followed by drone show. One of the highlights of the ride was the in-flight falcon experience, this is the only company which is accompanied by a falcon. The majestic falcon soaring alongside us with his trainer Mr Hameed (Falconer) did exceptional job of entertaining us and handling a bird in a right way. After landing we had an experience of mini desert ride in the vintage Land Rover to the camp for our breakfast added cherry of top of icing cake. Shiru our camel gave us a bumpy jumpy ride. A welcome drink and wet towels were provided followed by michelin styled breakfast. The service staff, Mr Chaker and Mr Johnny were very polite and they served us and also clicked our photos. A big thank you to Mr Neil, Mr Gyver and his office team; they were amazing, without them it was impossible to experience this hot air balloon ride. They made my booking process seamless. It was my lucky day on which I contacted them. They are nothing less than champions. Overall, Hero Balloon Flight exceeded all our expectations which made my experience memorable.
