Not recommend this service at all we couldn’t locate the driver at the airport the driver was on the phone the entire trip not paying attention on the drive. At one point he referred to us as Latinos with the person that was taking on the phone please book somewhere else

Our driver was great at communicating with us to let us know he was already there waiting for us. He was a great driver, professional and punctual.

Otto was there on time greeting us with a sign. He was extremely quiet. And drove fast! However, seems like that's the culture of driving out here. All and all it was good

Smooth traveling, and the driver was not frustrated about us having a delayed flight and taking some time to leave the airport.

Otto was a great driver and got us to our hotel safe! It was approximately 1 - 1/2 hours from airport to hotel.

We were late flying into Guatemala City, and took additional time getting through customs. It was late, but our driver was waiting with a smile! Very kind and helpful. When we arrived at Antigua, he waited til we unlocked the door, making sure we got inside! A very caring and helpful gentleman!

Driver arrived early and waited us. He drove safe and took us to hotel very fast. Car was very clean

My driver was great, polite, and helpful. Anibal was right where he said, my name on a sign held high (it was very busy). The ride was very comfortable. He played music at a reasonable volume, not too loud or too quiet. Got me exactly to my hotel even though the entrance is not well Marked and it was closed. Carried my roller suit case at the airport to the car and got it into the hotel, despite me saying it was not really necessary, great customer service.

Roberto was an absolutely wonderful driver from Guatemala City to Antigua. He was kind, professional, punctual, and made us feel comfortable from the moment he picked us up. He helped us with all of our bags, and his vehicle was very clean, well maintained, and safe. During the drive, Roberto talked with us about Guatemala, explained what we were seeing along the way, and patiently answered all of our questions. His English is excellent, which made communication easy and enjoyable. We learned so much about the culture from him during our trip. He also went above and beyond for us by stopping when we needed a bathroom break and happily pulling over at a little roadside ice cream truck when we asked to stop for ice cream. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants in Antigua and shared helpful safety advice about both Antigua and Guatemala City. Even in heavy traffic, Roberto stayed calm, patient, and drove very safely. By the end of the trip, he felt more like a friend than just a driver. We have stayed in touch, and we are so grateful we had him for this experience. We highly recommend Roberto to anyone traveling in Guatemala!
