Everthing was okay from start to finish. No messing about, no confusionabout timings, organisers had it handled. When you're in a group of friends you just want things to run smoothly. Good for friends, and I'd say it work just as well for couples or families too.

We had a really enjoyable day in Bruges with our family. Since we were visiting from a cruise, our biggest concern was getting back to the port on time, and everything was handled very smoothly. The pickup from the cruise port was easy to find, and the vehicle was comfortable and air conditioned, which was especially nice after walking around the city. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and spoke excellent English. We learned quite a bit about Bruges while driving around and walking through some of the main areas. What we liked most was having leisure time in the city center instead of feeling rushed from one attraction to another. We could explore the little streets, take photos, look around the shops, and stop for something to eat. The return to the port was well planned and we arrived with plenty of time before departure. For a cruise excursion, that made the whole experience much more relaxing. It was a very good balance of guided sightseeing and free time.

Excellent value for money. Exploring the city with friendly people was the most memorable part. We did not face any problem, they drop us back exactly on the time mentiond on our schedule. Hats off brother!

We were given plenty of information about when and where to meet, and the return to the port was on schedule. No rushing back at the last minute. Overall, a very comfortable and well-organized cruise day.

Great guide, lots of walking for older groups. Guide extremely knowledgeable. Long walk from and to bus park. All roads cobblestone.
