Great way to be able to see the whole city but just be aware of time. Each location, if you get off, takes a long time, and then you will be waiting on buses and sometimes sitting on a bus waiting for more people. We ended up ubering back to our hotel vs finishing the last stops due to time and evening plans.
The service was excellent. Buses frequent and drivers really pleasant. We saw everything we could have hoped for. Bought 72 day pass and cruise and it was well worth the money
Easy to locate and audio portion was nice to listen too. Allows you to see all the sights and get off and on when needed too.
A very good way to see the most attractions. I took 3 days with the cruise on the Seine. On the first day, we just did the complete tour by bus, and on the other 2 days, we stopped at the stops which allowed us to see everything. Easy and safe to get around.

Driver Igor got fed up with traffic jam kicked us off bus said he wasn't driving anymore tired of traffic. Ramata in customer service said that doesn't qualify for refund bus he driver left us stranded She stated not their fault we got lost trying to get back to train. Said usually Igor is got driver! Worst experience ever
We were on bus approaching stop 7. There was a traffic jam and driver after 30 minutes kicked those on bus off said he wasn't driving anymore. We are from US we had planned our trip accordingly to arrive at stop 1 take taxi to Lube to get back to London. This driver left us stranded trying to figure out how to get back to station on our own. Customer service Ramata is awful said it's not there fault, that their driver rudely kicked people off and did not finish tour. Traffic can't be avoided but rudeness can, the driver Igor was rude and Ramata was worse. Don't take this tour unless you want to be standee as well!
The information was okay, but the seats were dirty and some headphone jacks did not work.
It was difficult to find some of the stops, as they were not in front of the sites, but usually a few blocks away. Otherwise it was good.
This was my first hop-on hop-off bus experience and I thought it was good and worth the price. The bus stopped at all the main attractions.
