Had an amazing experience in Rome. Everything was well organized, easy to follow, and made it possible to see a lot of the city without feeling overwhelmed. Rome is incredible—the history, architecture, food, and energy of the streets are something you have to experience in person. Definitely a memorable part of my Italy trip and something I’d recommend to anyone visiting for the first time.

Overall very happy with the result. Not really sure what I was going to get when I booked. They put my wife and I with a couple from London, dropped us off past ALL THE HUGE LINES (the best part and worth the money) and then briefly told us how to go through all the check points and ticket counters and sent us on our way as a "family". But it all worked out! So overall a "very good" experience. The actual museum tour with a real museum guide was very good also.
Worth it! Everyone else was waiting in a 5 hour line in 30 degree weather. Was awesome just to walk right in.
If you can't plan your Vatican Museum visit before the Museum's own timed-entry tickets for your available dates are sold out, Viator may be able to help. Their "skip-the-line" service isn't exactly cheap, but it looks pretty reasonable if you view it in terms of the value of rescuing your plan. Plus, it's not just the tickets -- their representative literally walked us through the entry process all the way up to the security scan of their voucher, showed us exactly how to proceed from there, and offered some helpful tips on maximizing our enjoyment of the visit. Definitely money well spent!
You need to walk a little way from the Vatican City to the ticket office. It was worth the walk as with tickets in hand we had skip the line and passed a 3 hr queue!! The museums are huge and there is so much to see. A lot of walking. We bought an audio guide machine and earphones inside which cost £19 for us both. I didn’t realise we didn’t have entry to St Peter’s basilica as part of our ticket but there are tour guides outside the perimeter. Selling these for around 30€ pp. well worth the guided tour. So informative
Absolutely brilliant! Well done Viator, an excellent tour. Having found the pick up point, very deta0iled info provided. Easy to join the skip the Q and once inside, all fell into place. Suggest you allow 2/3 hrs as so much to see. Plenty of free toilets along the route. Sistene chapel was almost an anti climax.
It was easy to book our skip the line tickets with Viator. We received a detailed message where to meet our contact prior to entering the Vatican Museum, with a detailed description prior to going in. It was very easy and helpful and would recommend these tickets if you want to skip the line and enjoy the museum on your own.
The Viator person was awesome. We had a minor issue with the tickets scanning and the museum was great and we got through. Something people should know is that there are lots of people!!
Experience was amazing I highly recommend this tour group. Michelle was super friendly and she gave us really good tips and advices The whole process was smooth and while everyone else was struggling to find their way in and had to stay in long queues, Michelle guided us to the entrance and we literally did not have to wait a minute in line ! Definitely recommend this
