The service is excellent! We had assistance at all times on arrivals and departures, the stations are very large and helped a lot to have help from someone waiting and guiding where to go. It was quick, helpful with comfortable and clean cars. Super attentive and always in touch to ensure the service. Very good, super worth it.

The pick up was easy and smooth. I would highly recommend Mr Orange tours. The same morning I had arranged a hotel pick up in another city, it was very last minute, but the company was extremely helpful and communication through whatsapp was very easy and fast. I would use Mr Orange again next time for sure.

Great communication throughout - well organized. confirmed car model, passenger # and luggage # beforehand to ensure a smooth transfer process. Meet and greet at rail also went smoothly. Super easy to find and driver was there ahead of time.

Booked return transfer with Mr Orange Transfers & Tours - process was very efficient and it was a pleasure to deal with the team.

We used Mr Orange to take us from the railway to our hotel and again from hotel to airport while in Shanghai. Our driver was prompt and offered us water. Now to why Sophia Rocks. Upon our arrival I sent a note to confirm our airport pickup time being paranoid as a different car service in Hangzhou didn’t pick us up at time expected for our trip to the railway. Time was confirmed and I was all set. During the day I booked a last minute tour through trip advisor not realizing it was for the next evening - the day we were leaving. Once we realized this I cancelled the tour, or so I thought. Not paying attention on my phone app I canceled my airport transfer by accident instead of the tour. The next morning Sophia upon seeing this reached out to confirm the cancellation - probably because the day before I double checked the pickup time. Thank goodness she did as I did not realize I had done that. She assured us she would have the same driver who brought us to the hotel pick us up and he did so at arranged time. Thankful for Sophia being so diligent.

The company was prompt in pick-up and delivery. It is pretty simple. I would use Orange again when in China.
