My wife & I can't say enough about our guide Zuzana. She was AMAZING & far exceeded any & all expectations! We were so fortunate to have her all to our selves for the entire day. She was extremely detail oriented which started with her pre-tour contact as to the exact pick up location. Zuzana allowed us to spend the amount of time we wanted with included exhibits requiring a fair degree of reading & absorbing many pictures. Her knowledge base was phenomenal, as was her respect for the emotionally loaded material before us. Her suggested break for a cup of coffee & sweets was perfectly timed. I could write significantly more praise for our Tour Guide; however, let me come to the point - that IF you are lucky enough to have Zuzana as your guide - you will also know just how fortunate you are! To Zuzana - thank you for all that you provided & shared for my wife & I for an AMAZING day.

Don’t miss this tour!!!!
Our guide was Rasti. He picked us up promptly at our hotel and provided us with the history of terezin. The tour was well thought out and executed with perfection. Rasti answered all our questions and we never felt rushed if we wanted to spend more time at a stop. He sent us recommendations for dinner. He also got us reservations at a rooftop bar for drinks!!!
It was a joy spending the day with him!!!

Impactful
This was a powerful experience for our family. We took our pre teen children and wanted to educate and expose them to what happened during the Nazi occupation but we felt the were too young to experience a death camp. This was exactly what we were looking for. You will get a sense of the brutality of how people were treated but the focus isn’t solely on murder and death, although that of course is still a major part of the experience. This is something that my family and I will never forget. Our guide, Zuzana was amazing. Very kind and informed, she allowed us to go through at our own pace spending more or less time at the stages we wanted. She’s passionate about being a guide and I could tell that being at the camp still affects her. We were very happy to have Zuzana as our guide. I highly recommend this tour.

A must do
Very informative! Zusana was lovely, picked us up on time and was very knowledgeable. I was unaware of the importance of Terezin and found the grounds and museums sobering. I would caution there is a lot of walking and if you go in the winter, shoveling the walkways is not very important to them. It was slushy and icy making for a very slippery walk over cobblestone walks and hills.

In winter, snowy or icy paths can make walking a bit more demanding, so I appreciate you highlighting this for future visitors. With proper winter shoes, the walk is much more comfortable. A Memorable and Touching Tour
Memorable day and tour with Zuzana who was very knowledgeable about Terezin and its deep history. Zuzana made sure that we had enough time to see everything that we wanted to see. She let us have time when we needed it so that we could reflect on the heaviness of the moment. She was very attentive to our needs. I highly recommend visiting Terezin with Zuzana as your guide!

Terezin
Zuzana was an amazing guide. She had a great amount of interesting and historical information that she was able to give on each place we toured. I highly recommend her as a tour guide. She was very friendly and in addition, she was willing to give you time to reflect on what you had experienced and offer the chance to ask questions or just let you talk about your experience in a very comfortable manner. Definitely recommend
Our guide Zuzana was the best. She is very sweet and informative throught the journey. It's a quite long walking but she followed our pace without rushing. Definitely recommend. Good history learning for adults and children.
