皇帝ヨーゼフ2世が18世紀に建設した軍事要塞テレジンを探索し、第二次世界大戦での役割について学びましょう。 旧ゲシュタポ刑務所である小要塞や、ユダヤ人の収集キャンプとしてナチスのプロパガンダに使われた大要塞内のゲットー博物館を訪れます。 34,000人が病気と飢餓で亡くなったテレジンの歴史をご覧ください。 15キロメートルにもおよぶ地下トンネルが脱出ルートになっていたことをご紹介します。 もともと5000人の住民が住んでいたビッグ・フォートレスは、戦時中におよそ6万人のユダヤ人が住むゲットーになりました。 2,386基の墓があるテレジン国立墓地を訪れ、ホロコーストや第二次世界大戦について理解を深めましょう。

Great tour- a must do!
This was my second tour with Huig- he’s a wealth of knowledge and knows so much about Each space and told all the stories very gently given the heavy subject matter. I would highly recommend this!

Impressive and educational trip
We had a tour with Huig from half past 11 to half past 6 so a long day.. we thought he spoke English, but to our great relief still Dutch. He is also the only Dutch guide to Terezin! Is always easier your own language. He has a lot of information to share, but it's still interesting to listen to. All day long. We've seen a lot. Really impressive! We have been to the ghetto small fortress, the ghetto museum, Terezin children's park, prayer room and the museum of Art.. all in 7 hours time. Was really worth it!

Het was voor mij een zeer grote eer om jullie dit heftige stukje van de Tsjechische en Europese geschiedenis over te brengen. We hadden heel veel geluk dat iedereen Nederlands sprak en dat we het dus fijn in jullie eigen taal konden. Ja heel bijzonder om de enige Nederlandse gids in Terezin te zijn. Het was een bijzondere dag. Hopelijk hebben jullie ook de rest van de tijd een fijne tijd in Praag zelf gehad. Goede terugreis gewenst naar mijn geboorteland. Groeten, Huig

Book another tour
The guide knew his thing but was bad at English. I would also not recommend this tour as the museums were extremely innocuous. You are also not allowed to visit the crematorium even though it is listed in the schedule. Also keep in mind when booking a tour here to bring food, there is nothing to buy! Would also recommend learning both Czech and German as all information is in one of these languages.

Dear, I am sorry to read that you are not entirely satisfied. However, the Ghetto Museum and the Magdeburg Barracks Museum are the two main museums in the large fortress that we cannot skip. Because you were tired, the guide did not visit the crematorium. If you had indicated to our guide that you would like to visit the crematorium, he certainly would have done so with you as a group. It is good to read that our guide does possess the right knowledge. We do our best to improve ourselves every time.
