This was by far the best experience I ever had booked on Viator. Ian and his wife are truly gems. The communication is top tier and the way Ian goes out of his way for his clients is amazing. The price is great. One of our parties complained about the resort not having porridge and he went out of his way to go find some for him. He took us to KFC as soon as we landed. He also took us to get jerk chicken after the club and all. He also knows how to look out for us as well being that we’re are “foreigners”. He gives amazing tips and knowledge about everything. I definitely will be booking again whenever I come back to Jamaica. They have amazing service.

Great on time Ian was nice. Pick us up on time which was great because last shuttle we had had last year had us wait for 3 hours so was happy to be picked up on time music was good was a vibe

We were shopping around and came across this company but we read their first and only review that we were skeptical about . We then decided to call and the representative that we spoke with was very friendly, polite, and welcoming so we booked our round trip transportation with them. It was indeed our best decision ever because these people made everything from beginning to end memorable for us. Their customer service was top notch! While driving back to the airport our driver Vernal wrecked the car by driving over a curb damaging the front right of the car and almost had head on collisions multiple times. He was driving in excess of 100 km on the drive and swerving the whole time. He put me and my wife's life in danger. Seemed to us he was either drunk or sleepy. Also, he was constantly calling us all while we were here trying to get us to spend money on him driving us around. He called us over twenty-five times and would not leave us alone. This ruined our trip. We will never use this service again and probably will not be coming back to Jamaica because of this. I just want to warn others on every platform to never use this service. This was the unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
We sincerely apologize that you felt unsafe. However I am extremely confused about your statements. Why would you tip the driver if you weren't satisfied? After reviewing the Dash Cam footage and getting a feedback from Vernal, there were no signs of him driving reckless. 2 other motorcars were racing and he swerved to avoid a head on collision in an effort to preserve your lives and his. You even went as far as to tell him that " I saw how crazy the other person was driving and that he had to swerve." Secondly you mentioned that he called you excessively but this was done in 1 occasion. He called 4 times each on 4 separate occasions to respond to requests that you reach out to him for and to facilitate tours, payment options you requested, your departure details and even your request for him to even bring you disinfectant spray for your room. Vernal is an Exceptional Driver and our Company is of HIGH STANDARDS. We carry out extensive background checks on all our driver's to ensure we provide the highest quality safe and reliable services at all times.
