We stay at Ocean coral spring for 14nights the Entertainment was really good and my favourite was the Devon House ice-cream. The beach was not good on ocean side it was full of sea weed and rocks, on the Eden Bay side was okay, the food was okay in some of the restaurants but in the morning the porridge was not good, the cornmeal porridge was still raw not cook properly and the peanut porridge was very runny and the peanuts not blended properly, sugarcane restaurant was the best, I wish they didn't charge for the coconut, all inclusive should be all inclusive not charging additional for coconut water, I get this free in other 5star hotels, also they are doing premium and privileged packages another way to squeeze people pockets, nice big swimming pools and jacuzzi I enjoy that and the staff are all friendly

We hired a driver to take us to an excursion which was closed, and I hired her, telling her I didn't want to get ripped off further as the Transat rep ripped us off with excursions. Still paid all tourist prices for everything. Other tourists travelled with people's cards; they paid 1/4 of the price we did. Really worth it to shop around. 240 USD ended up being more than 500 CAD - not worth it

Amanda at the Marlin bar is absolutely a gem to be around. Her drinks are so good and unique. Such a positive energy to be around. Don’t forget to go see her on your next visit. Oh and order the strawberry freeze she makes it sooooo good. Thank you Amanda for being such an amazing bartender

This was my very first mother-daughter trip to celebrate my daughter's high school graduation. We have travelled to Jamaica before on the Negril side. I liked the fact that the location of the resort was closer to the airport and avoided a lengthy transfer. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the resort and was greeted warmly by the concierge staff, notably Travis, who noticed that I was with my daughter and tried to entertain her. Although it took 3 hours before we could access our room, the front desk staff was very courteous and professional. Once we checked in, I was very impressed with the size of the rooms and the upkeep and maintenance. The restaurants are all located in the same area to avoid long walks, the pool is huge and the entertainment staff kept us engaged and entertained all the time. A special shout out to O'brien and Natricia for their laughter, engagement and enthusiasm. The food was by far THE best food I have had on any resort. Plantain tacos, oxtail, jerk burger, jerk chicken.........I will definitely be travelling here again!

The service was great no issues and both drivers were very pleasant cars were roomy and clean I would definitely use their service again
