Our trip was July 17th though July 21st. we had an exceptional experience with this tour company. they are prompt, courteous and knowledgeable as tour agents. Israel was gracious and so accommodating with our requests. Carlos was very informative and share many stories of the city. Victor was great and attentive. overall i would highly recommend the services of this tour group.

This company is excellent. It fulfills everything it offers and its guides are kind, punctual, and well-versed in history and knowledge.

It was a great tour and we really enjoyed it. Our tour guide Carlos speaks English well which is a bonus because some tour we participated the tour guide had a hard time with English but with Carlos we can asked questions and he can answered them. He is knowledgeable with Mexico’s history as well as the present . He also stays with us the whole tour and suggested where to eat and where to buy specific stuff. Great job Carlos! Hope to have you as our tour guide when we come back to Mexico City.

It was a great thing really the guide Carlos very good, and everything we paid was given as the churro the tequila and everything.

Absolutely amazing experience! Visiting Teotihuacán with this team was one of the highlights of our trip. The guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and made history come alive. Everything was perfectly organized, from transportation to timing. Highly recommended if you want a stress-free and high-quality tour!

Be aware that this company advertises a tour that includes the Frida Kahlo Casa Azul, but this is not guaranteed, despite how the listing is presented. Before booking, I specifically emailed to confirm whether Casa Azul was included. After a week, they replied via WhatsApp saying it was not available. They then suggested that another day might work, but never sent a confirmation. After three days of no response, I followed up again, I was told that Casa Azul was no longer available at all. Because this clarification came less than 24 hours before the original tour date, I was unable to cancel through the app. As a result, the company is refusing to refund US$321.04 for a tour that did not match what was advertised or what I had explicitly tried to confirm in advance. I did not end up attending the tour precisely because the advertised highlight (Casa Azul) was unavailable. The company has since argued that I should not leave a review because I didn’t participate. However, reviews reflect the entire customer experience, including pre-booking communication, accuracy of advertising, and refund handling—not only the tour itself. In this case, those elements are the reason the tour could not be taken. [UPDATE] After this review was posted, the company responded to my messages, but only with aggression towards the review I left here. No comment or follow-up regarding the refund.

Extremely disappointed. All promised activities were drive by car only. According to the description we were going to spend time in the biblioteca to see murals and all we saw was the top of the building from the freeway and the same goes for the stadio azteca. We didn’t even get the bottle water. The guy was hangover and it seams in a rush to finish the tour. The Xochimilco activity was go fast and boring when we knew they were asking us to disembark, oh and a mandatory 200 pesos for tip. We are scheduled to be on the tour from 8:30 am to 6 pm and were back at the hotel by 3:30 pm WHAT A SCAM!

Roberto our guide was amazing, friendly, funny and very knowledgeable. He knew so much about all the places we went too and took pictures for us!
