An absolutely magical and unforgettable experience with Volare Hot Air Balloon! 🎈✨ Our hot air balloon experience over Teotihuacan with Volare was truly one of the most surreal and memorable experiences of our Mexico City trip. From start to finish, everything was incredibly well organized and made the entire day feel effortless. The experience started with a convenient hotel pickup from Mexico City at around 4:30 AM. The transportation was comfortable, and the team made sure we reached the balloon site safely and on time to witness the beautiful early morning atmosphere. Once we arrived, we were welcomed with coffee while we waited for the flight preparations. Then came the highlight of the day — the hot air balloon ride itself! Floating above the ancient Teotihuacan pyramids as the sun rose was absolutely breathtaking. Seeing the pyramids, landscape, and surrounding mountains from above was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The peaceful feeling of being up in the sky while watching the world below was something we will never forget. After landing, the celebration continued with a champagne toast and a beautiful certificate commemorating our flight, which was such a thoughtful little touch and a wonderful keepsake from the experience. Huge shout out to our pilot Juan Manuel Diaz !! He was the best ! We had beautiful breakfast included with some Mirachi music later Then, We were then given about 3 hours to explore the incredible Teotihuacan archaeological site at our own pace. Having enough time to walk around, admire the pyramids, and soak in the history made the experience even more complete. Finally, Volare arranged transportation back to our hotel, making the entire day smooth and stress-free. A huge thank you to the entire Volare team for their professionalism, hospitality, and attention to detail. Every part of the experience — from the early morning pickup, friendly service, breathtaking flight, champagne celebration, certificate, and the time at the pyramids — was perfectly planned. If you are visiting Mexico City, this is an experience you absolutely should not miss. It is magical, well organized, and worth every moment.

My hot-air-balloon experience in Mexico was truly magical and one of the most unforgettable moments of my trip. Watching the balloon come to life before sunrise created an incredible sense of excitement and anticipation. As we gently rose into the sky, the panoramic views below were absolutely breathtaking. Floating peacefully above Mexico’s beautiful landscape while the morning sun painted the sky in warm colours felt calm, inspiring, and almost dreamlike. The entire experience was professionally organised, and the team made safety a priority while remaining friendly, reassuring, and attentive throughout the journey. The smooth flight and peaceful atmosphere allowed me to fully enjoy every moment. This was far more than a balloon ride—it was a remarkable experience that offered freedom, serenity, and a completely new perspective from above. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mexico and looking to create a truly unforgettable memory.

There are no words to describe how wonderful and amazing this experience was. I was scared before going up, but our pilot did a great job and the trip was smooth. The view was stunning and seeing all the balloons in the air was really cool. After the ride we got to celebrate with champagne and had a full Mexican breakfast. It was definitely worth the cost for what we got out of the experience. And it’s nice that we are back home just after lunch to enjoy the rest of our day. I would do this again!

The staff was so friendly and organized, they made us feel safe and let us have fun at the same time! Their enthusiasm and energy showed through, and the entire experience was amazing from arrival to departure!!

This was an amazing experience! Everything was extremely well organized and professional. The pickup at our hotel was extremely smooth and timely and the ride was a once in a lifetime experience.

Amazing experience! Smooth takeoff and landing. The staff made sure this experience was unforgettable.

We chose only the balloon ride foregoing the pickup and drop off option and somewhat regretted it :) def recommend the full package so you don’t have to worry about transportation. However, we loved the balloon ride, everyone was so nice while registering, breakfast was decent, and the photographer made sure to include everyone in the photos and take different types of photos of each group. We ubered to and from separately so we would not be tied to their scheduled and worked out for us. We rented 2 little atvs and were able to see other sections around the pyramids that normally we would not be able to see.
