The best guide js bali Mr Wayan
Here’s a polished, warm, and impactful review you can use — with a
From the moment we arrived in Bali until the very last day of our 6-day trip, Mr. Wayan has been nothing short of outstanding. His patience, professionalism, and warm personality made our entire trip smooth, enjoyable, and truly unforgettable.
He was always on time, always smiling, and always ready to help us with anything we needed. His knowledge of Bali’s culture, hidden gems, best food spots, and scenic locations made our journey so much more meaningful. He explained every place with so much passion and ensured we were comfortable the whole time.
What we appreciated most was how he treated us not just as guests, but like family. He drove safely, waited for us without any complaints, took beautiful photos for us, and gave honest recommendations that really improved our experience.
We truly feel blessed to have had him with us throughout this trip.
If you’re coming to Bali and want someone trustworthy, friendly, and professional — we highly recommend Mr. Wayan. He made our first trip to Bali so memorable, and we’re grateful for everything he did.
Thank you, Mr. Wayan, for being the best driver and guide we could ask for !

Loved the day trip to Nusa Penida
The tour was perfectly planned . Car came on time. Tickets for ferry was purchased by cab driver & handed over to us. Well synchronised with the driver on the island who picked us up for the sights. Included lunch.
Very satisfying trip.

WELL ORGANISED, RESPONSIVE, TRUSTWORTHY.
We did three day tours with Bali Agung Tours - (1) Nusa Penida, (2) Tegalalang rice terraces-Tirta Empul temple and (3) Tanah Lot temple-Taman Ayun temple-Ulundanu temple (Bratan lake)-Jatiluwih rice terraces.
I found the BAT team very responsive and flexible. I had to make a change at the last minute - shuffle two day tours - and they managed to do so without a fuss even though a guide was involved. There was someone looking at my WhatsApp messages at seemingly any time of the day - and responding - so I never felt I was talking to the wind.
They gave us an excellent driver, Made Mudana, on all three days as well as for our airport transfer from Ubud.
I have only two small complaints: the first car they sent us had a couple of cockroaches, but they changed the car the next day. Also (quite surprisingly) they did not know that ferry services to Nusa Penida would be closed on the day the tour was originally scheduled, because of Nyepi Segara, or Ocean Silence Day, a Hindu holy day which forbids any activity in or around the sea. Being locals, they should have known. This resulted in a rearrangement of the tour dates (further rearranged to accommodate my requirements).
That apart, everything was perfect and I can't recommend them highly enough. The two people I interacted with the most - Artini and Wati - were both informative and helpful. Wati, in particular, gave excellent and detailed suggestions on a variety of subjects ranging from where to eat, where to change money for the best rates, etc.
BAT is the kind of company one feels safe and reassured with. The slight premium in price is probably worth it.
If you are ever in Bali, do remember to check out Bali Agung Tours.
