Very disappointed. The tour operator did not arrive for pick-up. After many ties he answered his phone and said he has a double booking and will get back to us. He never returned our call and did not answer his phone. Viator informed us that the money was refunded on same day. M.A.D. Travel & Tours left us stranded without any other options. Will never use them again.

We did the Sandwich Harbour Tour. What a fantastic tour. Worth the money invested on it. Michael, our driver/guide from the beginning, started to explain cultural facts about the Namibian people. Showed us some of the wildlife resident around the areas were the tour takes place. Beautiful scenery where you can take breathtaking photos. Brilliant picnic and at the end, you will just make a new mate in Swakopmund.
