迎えに来たら、ゴールデン サークル ツアーの最初の目的地は、クヴェラゲルジのアイスランド ホット スプリングス パークです。車で少し走ると、15 ～ 20 分ごとに噴出するエイリーフル間欠泉に着きます。アイスランドの地熱の驚異を際立たせる、湧き出る温泉に囲まれた公園の小道を散策しましょう。敷地内のベーカリーで地熱を利用して焼いた甘いパン、クヴェラブラウドを味わってください。温室内では、このユニークな地熱環境で育つバナナの木をご覧いただけます。
次の目的地は、鮮やかな色彩の火山クレーター、ケリドです。 ケリドはわずか数千年前にできたもので、クレーターのカラフルな外観は岩石中の鉄鉱石によるものです。カルデラは、ビロードのような緑色の苔の茂った岸で覆われています。 クレーター内には浅いターコイズ色の湖があり、ケリドはアイスランドで最も印象的な景色の 1 つです。
グトルフォス (英語で「黄金の滝」) は、近くのラングヨークトル氷河から凍った雪解け水が流れ込み、深い渓谷に 30 メートルの高さから轟音を立てて流れ落ちる 2 段の滝です。 この滝の力で大量のミストや水しぶきが発生するので、近づきすぎると少し濡れるかもしれません。晴れた日には、常に鮮やかな虹が現れることになります。
ゴールデン サークル ツアーの次の目的地は、ハウカダルル地熱地域のハイライトであるゲイシールです。 「温泉」活動で賑わうこの場所は、世界中の間欠泉にその名前を与えた場所です。そこでは、10 ～ 15 分ごとに噴出する活発な間欠泉、ストロックルを鑑賞することができます。
シンクヴェトリル国立公園は、大陸プレートが引き裂かれる驚くべき光景が見られる場所です。 ここでは、大西洋中央海嶺を挟んで、片足をアメリカに、もう片足をヨーロッパに置くことができます。 シンクヴェトリルはアイスランド人にとって歴史的、文化的に非常に重要な場所です。ここは千年にわたり、首長たちが法律を制定し、正義を与え、紛争を解決するために集まった最初の議会が開かれた場所です。 「溺死プール」で処刑された人もいます。

Absolute 5-star experience! If you are coming to Iceland, booking the Golden Circle tour is a must, but if you want it to be truly magical, pray that you get Elias as your guide! From the very first moment, Elias brought such an incredible, warm energy to the group. He isn't just a guide who recites facts; he is a masterful storyteller with a fantastic sense of humor and a deep, genuine passion for his country. Thanks to him, we didn't just see the breathtaking sights of Thingvellir, the roaring Gullfoss waterfall, and the exploding geysers—we truly felt the spirit of Iceland. Elias knew all the best viewing spots, shared fascinating local lore, and even gave us some brilliant insider tips that made the day extra special. He went above and beyond to ensure everyone was comfortable, entertained, and engaged throughout the entire trip. Absolute highlight of our trip to Iceland!! Everything was well planned, and the hotel was a pleasant surprise with a nearby food hall. Our guide, Lori, went out of the way to ensure we knew where to see the best views and even helped us find a puffin!! I wish we would have stayed with the same group for the 2 day tour, but having Lori both days made it worth it!! Highly recommend! Small group was perfect!!

The golden circle was spectacular, even when driving between stops just staring out of the window was awe inspiring, but our favourite part was seeing where the Thingvellir nation park (Bloody Gate for GOT fans). Worth it just to stand between two continents with amazing views. The whole trip was made even more enjoyable wby our guide Bear who provide a lot of interesting facts as well as some sagas and a nice bit of dry humour. We would definitely recommend. Absolutely amazing & must do tour! We chose the Hvammsvik Hot Spring over the Blue / Sky lagoon as it provides a more natural experience in the Whale Fjord & we were lucky enough to get a double rainbow. It's everything you want & more... You won't regret it.

Fabulous tour today! We stoped to see Icelandic horses and shared so much great information everywhere we went. He was a wonderful and caring driver for our small group and made sure to answer all of our questions. The best part was finishing the tour at the spectacular hot springs!
