Great day in Iceland seeing beautiful landscapes, waterfalls, geysers. Guide/driver was good. Speakers on the bus were scratchy so someone needs to check them out.

It was an awesome daytrip and my guide Valla was superb. Very informative and a fantastic guide Thank you for an amazing trip 💕

The overall experience was wonderful. The sights spectacular, driver/guide very knowledge and was a safe driver. There were restrooms at each stop. Reason for 4 rating was because 6 passengers did not come to the pick up location and the company made our driver wait 45 minutes and they still did not show. Then the company made our driver stop at a gas station as another van drove the 6 there. We had to wait another 10 minutes for them. So our tour was delayed and cut short by 1 hour. I do not feel that our tour should have been compromised by people who clearly could not follow directions.

Great driver who gave us lots of info. We stopped at all the major sightseeing areas for just the right amount of time. Loved the tomato farm shop which was an additional stop added by the driver.

Very diverse and interesting experience. Hits all the wonderful natural sites in one day. Very knowledgeable guide.

The tour guide was very professional pickup and drop off on time for cruise ship tours feel easy and safe.

All 4 were must see attractions. After a chaotic start due to a mix up with timings our excellent guide, Chow condensed the times to ensure we got get back to the ship on time and we still had long enough at each stop. .

This was a really great day - highly recommended. Pick-up from Bus stop 6 was on time. Our driver guide was just the best! My apologies but I can't remember his name (departure on 27 June). An excellent and careful driver; A good sense of humour and very knowledgeable about the places we visited and any other questions we put to him. The scenery was spectacular and the length of the stops at each place was just right. If you only do one tour in Reykjavik it should be this small group Golden Circle tour.

Viator sent a message the day before the tour that started at 9a- They wanted us to wait at the bus stop from 8a… I sent a message back asking why so early & never heard back …we waited 55 min outside in the cold for the bus to arrive.,, this was totally unacceptable & had the tour/ bus operator call & complain! We gave not heard from either Viator or the tour operator yet!! The guide/ driver was ok but the PA system was poor & hard to understand.. I wouldn’t recommend this guide- the itinerary was good!

Minibus was on time and tour was as described. However, first bus had maintenance issue with low oil in the engine and 5 minutes into the tour we had to return to change vehicles. Next vehicle had many broken seats that wouldn’t recline or wouldn’t go upright. But at least it had oil. Guide was a good driver and polite but many times didn’t bother to say where we were driving to next, nor the travel time. Additionally, he didn’t move off the drivers seat AT ALL during the tour. He pointed from his seat, never left the bus to point things out. He also gave almost no information on the stops and next to no info on anything interesting in between. He also had a backpack in the middle of the aisle where passengers tried to board which was a huge tripping hazard for the older folks on board. Possibly the biggest guide disappointment of any trip ever. I would avoid this company if you want to learn anything about Iceland or the Golden Circle. If you’re looking for a taxi driver experience only, then this is your trip.
