甘い味や香ばしい味がたっぷり詰まった柔らかいお餅、日本で最も愛されている伝統菓子のひとつ、餅を発見してください。 フレンドリーな地元のシェフと一緒に、ご飯のつき方から形作り、お腹いっぱいまで、本格的なお餅つきの技術を学びましょう。 小豆餅や餅アイス、みたらし団子、和菓子など数種類を創作体験できる。 授業の後は、伝統的な抹茶を飲みながら、手作りの創作をゆっくりとお楽しみください。

Fun and educational for the whole family!
Amane is an exceptional guide and really made this a special and unique experience. His unique position as a young Japanese man navigating Japan’s push into modernity while also trying to respect tradition makes for a very interesting mochi pounding experience that goes beyond the motions. Fantastic class with two great tutors. Very interesting learning about the history and culture of mochi and really fun learning how to make delicious mochi. A big thanks to Shin and Minato for a great class
Awesome Mochi making workshop! Our host Shin was very accommodating and just great to talk to. He also pre-pounded the Mochi before we arrived so we didn't have to work up a sweat before eating.

The experience of mochi pounding was one of the best moments we had in Japan. The experience was well organized, and the guide was very kind and supportive. Highly reccomend for people who’s looking for something interesting and active!!
We had the best experience ever!! While on a Japan trip I was looking for an experience that I could learn the Japanese culture actively, and this was it!!! The Guide was super passionate and he also introduced us with couple of other nice experiences we could do for the rest of the day!! 100% recommend, thank you so much!!
Fantastic mochi experience! I went with my friend, and it was so much fun pounding the mochi. Also I was able to learn the traditional ingredients, not just the icecream mochi that we eat everyday
