confirmed twice timing for airport pickup. driver messaged 5 min after scheduled time to tell me he’d be 20 minutes late, was 30 min late. drove while on his phone most of the time. all around negative experience. won’t use viator again

100% unreliable taxi service that is not recommended by local hotels in Cusco. They did not communicate with me or return my calls,. In fact I have still not heard from them since I left my holiday on Peru. They simply did not show up.

There was a system error on their end with my initial booking for a pickup from the Cusco airport. They were very responsive to my complaint, refunded my money and provided a ride from my hotel back to the airport. I was impressed by their communication and customer service!
