I truly loved this hike. It appeared that only a few locals were on the trail and the views were some of the best on my trip. My guide, Charlélie, gave terrific advice to me about speaking French, hiking, and other parts of Switzerland to visit. I went solo and would absolutely use this group again.

Epic Hike!
We had such a great day with Robbie and the group hiking in the Suisse mountains. Robbie is very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. He made the hike enjoyable from start to finish, sharing interesting facts along the way and making everyone feel welcome. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience in Switzerland.

A Highlight of our trip!
An absolute highlight of our trip! We had a fantastic time on our private guided hike in the Swiss Alps. It was a gorgeous trail. Even the bartender at our hotel told us that the trail is a special hidden gem that tourists rarely get to see. It was an incredibly authentic local experience, and our guide made us feel safe and welcome the entire time. Thank you so much! 😊

Hiking Swiss Alps outside of Lucerne
Best experience ever, definitely a highlight in Lucerne! Robbe is an amazing guide and catered the hike to my fitness level - challenging if you want but there are easier options. Beautiful glacier views, lovely picnic at the top (accommodated my dietary restrictions), and Robbe is so knowledgeable about the area. Also he took several photos so I would remember the experience. I would recommend this experience to anyone visiting Lucerne!!

MUST DO 10/10
One of the best experiences you can book while visiting or exploring Switzerland. This was definitely top 3 for me and was a memorable part of my trip. The guide my now friend took us on a beautiful hike making sure of the difficulty we wanted and set the best tone from start to finish. Must do

Best Part of Our Trip
Robbe was absolutely AMAZING! If you’re looking for a guide, do not hesitate to book with him. From the moment we booked, his communication was excellent—he took the time to understand our fitness level and comfort zone, and when we asked for a more challenging hike, he delivered exactly that (and more!). He even gave us direction ahead of time by suggesting any clothing or gear we might need and offering gear such as jackets if we did not bring it .
On the day of the hike, Robbe was incredibly knowledgeable and chose a trail with the most breathtaking views—every step was completely worth it. The experience felt less like being led by a guide and more like hiking with a friend. He was punctual with pickup, and since we finished ahead of schedule, he offered the option for stopping to eat , but we were exhausted and declined. We did not feel rushed at all to get back even though he spent all day with us.
This hike was truly unforgettable, and you absolutely get your money’s worth. Thank you so much, Robbe—we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Words cannot describe it! Robbe's local knowledge of Lucerne makes this trip one incredible adventure.
This trip is one way to experience the incredible Lucerne, Switzerland. Robbe from VP Tours tailored our trip based upon our prior communication, right up til the week of our arrival based upon the weather. Words cannot describe the Lake Goshenen - just INCREDIBLE. The day's hike was our families highlight of our family Europe trip this year. Highly recommended!!

Sunburn with a creazy alpine view
A perfect day in the Alps ☀️ While the city was wrapped in fog, we escaped to the sunshine and mountain air. Robbe was the most caring adventure guide! an amazing driver, thoughtful, funny and calm the whole way. The hike felt safe, peaceful, and full of warmth. And our picnic lunch? Absolutely perfect.
