One of the bellman referred us to Elkin’s Taxi and Transportation when we asked for a driver to take us on an island tour. Elkin gave us a far price and took us on a 2 hour tour. Elkin was kind, professional and knowledgeable about the island. His vehicle was very clean and comfortable. If we come back to Nassau, I would most definitely use Elkin. In addition, he took us to the Graycliff Restaurant for our dinner reservation. When I texted him that we were ready to be picked up, he arrived in less than 5 minutes. Thank you Elkin!

Unreliable, poor planners. I booked an airport pick up ahead of time and it was confirmed, but when I arrived on time they were unable to accommodate me because they let their staff off for the day. I was left stranded at the airport after I pre-paid for a pick up. They offered to refund me immediately, but it was terrible planning on their end. Thankfully there are taxis waiting at the airport so I was able to get on with no problem.
You wasn’t cancelled you were ask to take a taxi under consideration of you not waiting long, my drivers work until 5 and I explain to you I had flights delayed when you came I said to you I had just left with a guest so it’s unfair to let you wait for an hour for me to come back so I said take a taxi and I’ll refund you, to avoid having a bad review but it seems no matter what our mistake is as drivers some of you just want to crush us, when we think we are doing the right thing we are not.
Excellent transfer service from the airport to our hotel! The driver was friendly, professional, and made us feel safe the entire trip. Along the way, we learned interesting facts about the Bahamas and got great local recommendations. The ride was fun, comfortable, and a perfect start to our vacation. Highly recommend!

It was convenient, efficient, and friendly and our driver Jamal was so knowledgeable about the area which made us very comfortable.
0/10 recommend. The purpose of spending extra money on an airport transfer is the convenience of having a scheduled ride to pick you up without the hassle after a day of traveling. Our driver came to pick us up THIRTY minutes after we reached the outside of the airport even though we were in communication with him since the second we landed about our whereabouts and when we were going through customs. He made excuses about having to drive someone else but the entire point of a transfer service and providing flight information is so they are on time and ready to drive us when we are ready. Don’t overbook if you don’t have enough drivers. Save your money and get a taxi outside. Lots of taxis outside and way cheaper with fixed prices, and you’ll get to your destination faster than this service.
Hi I’m Elkin Wallace owner of this company, I’m really sorry that I was late for you not always we be on time I did indeed dropped off a group before picking you up and you watched me let them out of my car but again I’m very sorry but I must say this…….I contacted you but the number I had was your agent not yours and your agent communicated with you secondly when I have guest come here I understand that your traveling but we take our time and wait on when your flights, if delayed for hours we wait with no complaints sometimes persons don’t even show up and don’t even call or message us , we run a service where we try our best to be perfect for our guest but any small mistake we are marked and labeled and reviews like this is what we get but nonetheless I appreciate you coming here and helping wish to have another chance to prove that we are a good company, others can say but we rather you experience for yourself do take care and it was a pleasure meeting you both.
We hired this company for a roundtrip service from Nassau airport to VRBO and back. We made a quick stop at Solomon's fresh market, and we were aware of the additional $30 fee. Jamal was our taxi driver- he is very respectful, polite and punctual. We also contracted Jamal for some short trips within Nassau, which actually was a good idea- to avoid haggling with other taxi drivers. The fares were reasonable especially with a touch of hospitality. Our cab rides within Nassau with Jamal have become more of a family visit to a new place with a trusted relative driving us around.

I had booked my reservation about a week out before my trip, and they were super accommodating when I had messed up and put the wrong times for my pick up. Jamal was my driver and he was very patient and gave me some great spots to enjoy while I was there. He made me feel very comfortable as I was on a solo trip and again went above and beyond with waiting on me.
