I booked a private car and the guy had three other passengers in the van before we got there. He said they were in the van because we were running late. We were not late. Then the driver went to the wrong location to drop us off. What an idiot. I canceled the return trip to the airport because of the experience.

Very friendly, and communicative persons. Driver was knowledgeable on traffic and the area and also gave info on the ride about the island living.

When we got to the airport in the Bahamas, no one was there with a sign! They said they would be there with a sign of our last name to pick us up and no one was there! When I called the company, they said they couldn’t find my reservationand then when I messaged them, they said someone was there walking around. We waited for over 30 minutes and no one was there!

Vehicle was as promised to accommodate 7ppl. The driver waited for us outside the airport and provided a car seat for us as promised. She also communicated with us we landed and took us to our hotel along the scenic view pointing out landmarks. Not sure if it’s a Viator thing but contact from the contracted party (driver) prior to departure would be preferable vs. when you land.

Greg the hat man was fantastic and gave us a quick tour of downtown Nassau and some nice places to stop on our way to Atlantis. Very friendly and got us here quickly.

Should be zero sent multiple texts prior to arriving including my phone number and they never showed up they just took money. Don't reserve this. No information sent to me even though I tried to connect . Had to pay another 70 dollars for a cab. Tried to call trip advisor. Now need to get my money reimbursed if possible.
