生地の準備からさまざまな形のパスタの作り方まで、完璧な生パスタを作る秘訣をすべて学びます。伝統的なレシピに従って、世界で最も有名なデザートであるティラミスの作り方を一緒に学びます。レッスンの最後には、テーブルに一緒に座って、ワインを飲みながら、私たちが作った料理を楽しみます。レシピは、祖母のベリアから受け継いだオリジナルのものです。祖母は、忍耐と愛情をもって、時間をかけて料理の秘訣をすべて私に伝えてくれました。料理への情熱を皆さんと共有するのが待ちきれません。

If you visit Milan, and enjoy Italian cooking, having this class with Carlotta is a MUST. She is sharing her grandmother's time tested pasta and tiramisu recipes with us while cooking in her home. She is very passionate and a great instructor. We had her class on our last full day in Milan, and it was a warm and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!!!
It is the second time I participate in a cooking class of Carlotta, the first time in Venzia and this second time in Milan with all my family. It was like meeting an old friend! The lesson was very nice and since it was the second time for me Carlotta taught us how to do a new thing ... pasta on guitar using the typical “guitar” and it was all very nice. My family also loved this lesson, now we all know how to prepare fresh pasta and toramisu
Carlotta was a superb host, we had a great time preparing ravioli from scratch, she made it all look so easy. They were delicious and light. To top it all off we had tiramisu for dessert. Carlotta is super cool and fun, totally worth the experience. See you next time!

If you are looking for a fun and really fun cooking class, it is at Carlotta! We were a group of 5 childhood friends and laughed as much with her as we did with each other. She brightened our day and taught us how to make pasta and tiramisu really excellent! 10/10 experience Carlotta you rock 😎

We booked for two adults and one 11 year old who was celebrating a birthday. Carlotta was so kind, it was fun making the food and it was all so delicious. The cat was very cute too. I recommend this experience.

What an incredible experience! Carlotta was so welcoming and friendly and taught us to prepare the most incredible pasta dishes followed by the most moreish tiramisu! Having an amazing meal with wonderful company was a perfect way to end our amazing trip to Milan. Would definitely recommend!!!!

What an amazing experience! Everything I wanted an evening in Milan to be. We learnt how to make ravioli and tiramisu’, with Carlotta as our exceptional teacher. It’s hard to put into words the deliciousness of the food we made. Italy at its finest! And the whole vibe was just so warm and fun. Thank you Carlotta, we’ll be back!
We had such a lovely time with Carlotta! Not only did we learn how to cook delicious spaghetti, ravioli and tiramisu, but we also had a lovely and warm conversation like meeting an old friend. She is an excellent and patient teacher and the pasta and the tiramisu were the best we have ever tried. She is super kind and fun to talk to. Her cat Yoda is super sweet as well and supervised our cooking. Thank you Carlotta for the unforgettable experience. Absolutely recommend!

At Carlotta's house we immediately felt at home. I finally learned how to make homemade pasta and understood the mistakes I made when I tried unsuccessfully to do it myself. I learned how to make tiramisu and tasted the one we prepared together ... and it was delicious !!! Carlotta's passion for cooking, Italian ingredients and her family's culinary tradition emerge throughout the entire lesson. It was truly an unforgettable experience ..... and in addition to an excellent dinner we laughed a lot !!
