Never use this company! They only have 1 bus with no AC. It broke after we went to 2 of 5 sites. We were offered an over crowded uber back !!!! very unprofessional and uncaring driver. Viator should drop this tour.

We’re sorry that the tour was interrupted by an unexpected mechanical breakdown. This is the only time in our company's history that this has happened. We understand how disappointing it was to have your tour cut short after visiting only two of the five scheduled sites. But the safety of the passengers is number one priority. If the tour had continued, it would have put your safety at risk.
Regarding the air conditioning. The AC was not running at the beginning of the tour because it was an early morning departure and the weather was cool and comfortable at the time. We do have overhead fans going constantly that provide cooling when AC is off. But the AC is fully funcional when it is needed.
We also regret that the transportation arrangement that the company paid for following the breakdown did not meet your expectations. Our priority in that situation was to make sure everyone had a way to return safely after the unexpected vehicle issue. We did not have control of what Uber vehicle was sent just the amount of people that was required to transport your group.
We take feedback about our driver and service seriously and will review the circumstances with our team. Mechanical problems are never something we want our guests to experience, and we sincerely apologize for the disruption to your day.

Definitely take this tour
Very knowledgeable guide and very helpful and courteous. He waited 5 mins for us 75 year Olds with canes and dropped us at our parking lot. We really appreciate that!! The 5 1/2 hours went by in a flash. We would definitel6 recommend this tour!

Boring tour guide
Tour was average. Tour guide was very scripted, did not act interested in his job. Only very basic info given on each site visited, no more than what one could read on the website itinerary. It could be a very good tour if the guide had pride in his job.

Five hour San Diego tour
Was a good tour. Our tour guide gave us some really good information about the places we were going to visit. I wish we would’ve stayed at La Jolla longer than 30 minutes though.

Unpleasant experience canceled without warning, Tripadvisor
It’s my 25th anniversary. I paid for the trip in advance was looking forward to going. Woke up to a message that it was canceled without warning. Hopefully I get a chance to rebook and write a more pleasant review but for now horrible.

Hello. We tried contacting you days before cancellation but you did not respond through your phone and Viator/Tripadvisor. As stated in the listing we need a minumum number of passengers to do the tour. All tours do any where in the world.

Excellent tour if you're in the area.
What a great way to see San Diego if you've never been there. We had a great tour guide with enough stops along the way to see and stretch your legs. Our tour guide's driving was excellent I didn't feel one single bump. The bus is very comfortable. I would do this again.

Great tour just go if you are in the area.

Our tour guide's driving was excellent I didn't feel one single bump. I didn't know San Diego had so much history. The bus is very comfortable. I would do this again.

Our new favorite hotel
Best hotel in the area!! The accomidations are clean, well taken care of, cozy and the customer service goes above and beyond. Anything you need they will go the extra mile to make sure you're comfortable. We have not had this good of service ever. We highly recommend this hotel and have officially made this our go to location for future trips to the area. The hotel has a lush tropical feel, updated rooms, beautiful pool area, and it is within walking distance to coffee shops, groceries and places to eat. It was also very convenient being located so close to the bus and trolly line
