My wife and I were picked up in Canmore before the rest of the group was picked up in Banff. Almost immediately, our guide began telling us that he was only doing these tours to learn the business so he could eventually start his own company. He made disparaging comments about the “mom-and-pop” tour companies teaching him the business and described them as stupid. We thought this was strange and unprofessional, especially considering we had just met him, but we ignored it and continued with the tour. The actual visits to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise were fine, and we had no issues during that portion of the trip. The serious problem happened after everyone else was dropped off in Banff. My wife and I were the only passengers remaining for the approximately 20-minute drive back to Canmore, and the guide launched into an extended political rant. Among other things, he told us that Donald Trump needed to be killed, claimed that he had met Trump in 1988 and said he should have poisoned him then. He continued talking about Americans, Trump supporters, and what he believed America had become. He also told us that other American passengers had apologized to him for what Trump was “doing to his people.” To be clear, we did not initiate this political conversation and did not participate in it. We were essentially a captive audience in his vehicle while he continued for most of the drive back. This went far beyond someone simply expressing a political opinion. Hearing our driver repeatedly discuss killing or poisoning someone while my wife and I were alone with him, at night, in a country we were visiting, made us extremely uncomfortable. My wife became genuinely nervous about the situation, and I was concerned about our safety until we reached our destination. People can have whatever political beliefs they want. I did not pay for a sightseeing tour to be subjected to a driver’s political rant or comments about killing someone. A professional guide should be able to transport guests without putting them in that position. The lakes themselves were beautiful and that portion of the tour was enjoyable, but our experience with this particular guide completely overshadowed it. I strongly encourage the company to investigate this incident and determine whether this individual should be transporting guests. This took place with the cool banff tours afternoon sept 18th

Perfect amount of time to spend at Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. Moraine Lake is only accessible by tour, bike or by staying at the lodge in the park. Tour guide was excellent. Provided lots of additional information about the area as we drove.

Our guide Yao was very informative, kind and funny. We had a great time during our visit to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise. Yao helped us with great recommendations for best spots for photos and activities.

It was a great experience, the tour started and completed on-time. The tour guide was very friendly.

The smaller bus was great! Lucy was a great driver & gave us plenty of time at each Lake to hike and take in the beauty. Would highly recommend! We thought Lake Moraine was even more beautiful than Lake Louise (is that is possible)!

Lucy was our driver and was great! Shes been doing this for years and knows the roads. Only thing i would recommend is bring snacks and water or reusable water bottles to fill! It's a beautiful but long day!

Driver was very friendly and she gave water from her personal case. Overall a great trip. We had more than enough time at both lake louise and moraine lake. Must recommend

The driver was timely, very friendly and cheerful and offered free bottled water to each passenger. The small sized bus equipped with seat belts was comfortable, and very clean. We were given a time to be back at the bus, but were free to roam at our own leisure at each stop before moving on. One thing I would have preferred would have been to have a narrative (either in person or recorded to play on speakers) describing different points along the route. The scenery was magnificent! Overall a great experience.

Driver was friendly and on time. Would recommend for reliable transportation to the lakes. Cheaper than the other accommodations that I found.
