Incredible experience, the guide was very friendly, the places were fantastic, the boat ride was wonderful.

The land tour with Tommy was really good and I would have given him alone a 5star as he was friendly, we saw interesting sites and his attitude was positive throughout. However the afternoon Water Tour was poor with the guide (I think Jane) being too loud throughout, giving no safety instructions whatsoever when we on board and then incorrect information on where the ‘stars’ lived. David Beckham moved from Star Island years ago and lives in a completely different part of Miami ………… And finally at the end of the tour she was almost begging for tips whereas Tommy was very considerate..

Our driver/guide, Tommy, was really energetic, funny, and knowledgeable. He gave us interesting facts about Miami. It was a rainy day and he had umbrellas and bottled water available for us. We took the boat tour also. Saw many of same sights from water. Our guide, The Pirate, was very energetic. It showed in his presentation. There was an open bar but the drinks were a bit pricey. Both activities made for a long day but glad we did it.

It was an all encompassing tour of Miami, including almost every neighborhood. Brief stops in Little Havana and Wynwood added to the fin, with picture stops in Miami Beach and Biscayne Bay making for memorable moments. Driving through Star Island to see some of the homes of multimillionaires was cool, as was the drive by if the cruise port. Overall an awesome overview of the city.

Excellent tours. Great way to see Miami! We received text just before tour that boat tour was switched to first which was not ideal but worked out. Then when finish with boat trip went to check in for city tour and told we had to wait 2.5 hours for next. I explained we will not wait and if not on next tour we want refund. They eventually put us on the next tour which was 30 minutes from starting. The city tour was the absolute best! Jay our tour guide was the best I have ever had. He was very knowledgeable and was perfect! Thank you Jay!

We booked this tour through booking.com not expecting too much for the price but how wrong was I. We were lucky to have a guide called Luis on our land trip and to say he was amazing is an understatement. He was friendly, knowledgeable and a great driver. We were a small group and he went out his way to take photographs for us. This is the only company that is allowed on star island! Honestly I cannot recommend Luis as a guide enough. We’ve been on many trips and never had anyone as great as him. The boat trip was good too but the seating wasn’t great as your back was against the plastic of the boat. All in all it was great value and I would give it full marks. Thank you Luis for a fab trip!!

Very relaxing. Great photo opportunities you can't get from land. There is shade. Drinks can be purchased. Both tropical yummies and sodas.

The driver left me and my wife stranded, we were walking to the meeting before the meeting time and they just left, they nevwr counted or check if someone was missing, I don’t even know how he didn’t see us walking to them as it was only is at 20 feet from the van. WHEN I CALLED THE TOUR GUIDE HE NEVER REACH BACK AND JUST SAID I’M CALLING HIM BUT HE DOESN’T PICK UP. This was o ly at the first location, only 15 minutes in the trip and never gave us or refund for that trip or the boat trip that was later in the day.

Alex (kiosk), Sito (city tour) and the lady who hosted the cruise were really great and accommodating. Highly recommended for a quick and economical Miami experience.
