The e-bikes were fantastic. They really kicked on when going up a hill. I am 64 and my husband is 72. He is a runner but I don’t exercise. It was very little “exercise” lol. Our guide was very nice and smart about the area.
Loved my guide. He was very careful and patient with me considering it was my first time riding an e-bike. I really appreciated how he would let me have moments to myself to look around and enjoy. All the information was very interesting too! You get to see places that you maybe wouldn’t see on a regular tour and also the Retiro Park is definitely worth exploring on bike rather than foot. Definitely recommend!!!

A great visit supervised by François, a super guide, caring with the children (and the older ones:-)), who commented on the city during these 2h30 walk that passed very quickly. An original and perfectly adapted way to cover as many places as possible to see. I recommend to make this visit at the very beginning of the stay because it then allows to return to the spots covered by being perhaps more selective according to the number of days that we have on site. Even by 5 degrees we really loved the experience! thank you François;-) 12 kms between city, park, squares and monuments...... small advice of an "anti-electric bike": take the electric bike option! because Madrid goes up and down and in the middle of the main avenues, the dynamics of the pedal stroke was very appreciated:-) thank you to the manager for advising us and making us benefit from this comfort. You understand: recommended activity 300%:-)

Amazing guide who was very friendly. We had a private experience with just the two of us, so this experience was exactly what we were looking for. Our guide was knowledgable but also kept things to our level and made the tour fun. I enjoyed biking around the city and felt that the 90-120 minute length is ideal. We saw everything we wanted to see without the tour being too long or becoming redundant/repetitive. The value is incredible and I am still shocked at how cheap this tour was given its quality and how great our guide was. He even turned down a tip at the end and insisted we don't try to pay him anything more than the booking fee. I would 100% recommend this tour to anyone looking to explore Madrid and learn its history. Great value from a group looking to grow its customer base!
