このクラスでは、次のことを行います。 ・新鮮な食材で餃子の包みやフィリングを一から作る ・手作りと市販のラップを折って調理し、味や食感の違いを比較 ・折り畳みテクニックを学ぶ ・ジューシーな餃子を作る秘訣を学ぶ ・フライパン焼き (焼き餃子) ・餃子と一緒に楽しむスープやおかずのつくり方を学ぶ ・数種類のつけダレで餃子を楽しめます ・自宅で餃子を再現する英語レシピをもらう ・都心の便利な場所にあるスタジオで料理の練習 ・その後、クラスからデジタル写真をお土産として受け取る フレンドリーな英語講師がステップバイステップでガイドしますので、楽しいクラスです。 小さなお子様からシニアまで、幅広い年齢層の方にご利用いただけます。

Rowena was a wonderful instructor! We had so much fun making classic Japanese Gyoza and a bunch of side dishes. Great recipes and easy to follow. Rowena was so organized which made it so enjoyable. We cant wait to make these at home for our friends!

This class was amazing! Our instructors were so enthusiastic and thorough with helping us create our gyozas from scratch, while also giving us the space to work on our own! Everything was absolutely delicious, and we had a wonderful time cooking, eating, and chatting with the instructors!
Tamae and Saori speak English well and so friendly and patient. It does help to have some basic cooking skills such as using a knife and chopsticks.
