Our Eiffel Tower tour with Ragina was absolutely perfect from start to finish. She and our driver arrived right on time to pick us up, which was such a relief on our very first morning in Paris — no stress about navigating the metro early in the day. Ragina was delightful, informative, and so gracious. She shared fascinating details about the Eiffel Tower and the surrounding area, all while making us feel comfortable and welcome. It truly set the tone for the rest of our trip. The next day, we unfortunately had a very different experience with a Louvre tour we booked through Viator and CityWonders — poor communication and overall frustration. The contrast made us appreciate Ragina’s professionalism, clear communication, and warmth even more. If you want a seamless, stress-free, and enriching experience at the Eiffel Tower, Ragina is the guide to book. She made our first day in Paris unforgettable!

Srishti was our guide for our private Eiffel Tower ALL FLOORS tour. She picked us up at our hotel and had a private car take us to the Eiffel Tower. The weather was a little cloudy with very little rain so the lines were very short. I have a bad back so she went ahead to get the tickets so I didn’t have to stand around waiting. She also spoke to one of the workers that helped move us along because of my bad back. She was wonderful. As for her knowledge of the tour with all its facts and figures was amazing. She even knew how many rivets were used. And to find out that it was built in just two years back in 1887 is a miracle. Srishti is very friendly, kind and knowledgeable. She even took great photos of us during the tour. She even call us a taxi through her app because the price we received from taxi driver was a ripoff. Srishti was a joy to be with and my wife and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a tour guide of the Eiffel Tower and other locations in the area. Many thanks Srishti from the Boemio’s
