Great experience, super dedicated friendly team

Overall, a pleasant boat tour with good value for money, but nothing extraordinary. Definitely check beforehand if you're prone to seasickness, as the boat rocks considerably in the waves and there's no opportunity to go ashore. The tour didn't start as advertised, but half an hour later. However, this made the tour a bit longer. The four scheduled stops weren't kept; instead, we only stopped at one spot for about 1.5 hours. There, we could go into the water. There are some good extras available on board for an additional fee. We were lucky and even saw a hammerhead shark.

We had a fantastic time on this excursion It’s 4 hours long, suitable for all ages and takes you on a lovely trip to different parts of the island. We upgraded to the lounge beds which I highly recommend, it was a gorgeous day so it was nice to lie down and relax. €1 gets you a reusable cup, within the cost of the excursion most drinks are free, the main meal is free but any extra snacks etc are charged for a small price. Whilst on the boat we went on some excursions that we paid extra for including parasailing, banana boat and a cave explore with a speedboat. We had 2 wheelchair users and the staff were very helpful, helping them get on the boat and storing the wheelchairs for us. You also get the chance to go snorkelling and there’s a slide on the back of the boat. The boat has a glass bottom and whilst stationary you can see all of the fish. Would recommend.

It was good, we really liked the service of the crew great. We would have liked to have been taken to a little cove where we could bathe because I was particularly afraid to throw myself where we were proposed but I guess they could not get closer to the coast . Overall very well. I would repeat!!!!

It felt like ‘pack em in stack em high’. Then everything was a charge. The daybeds not signage then they came around asking for payment (they waited until everyone on so there was no seat left). Then there were free drinks the standards but you had to pay a ‘deposit’ for the cups. The buffet was not a buffet but a plate of food put in front of you. No alternatives for children (many didn’t like it) unless you paid the hiked up food prices. Then it was hard sell on the water sports most at €35 each. When we arrived back we returned our cup for which a new sign was produced saying no refund on cups. Not a deposit then a charge!!!!! Spoilt the experience feeling like it was charge after charge. I've been on many similar cruises from Puerto Rico and cannot fault this trip for quality and value! Welcoming, professional staff, good quality drinks and food. A few cheap optional extras including premium sunbeds for 10 euros and various watersports. Included food, beer, sangria, mojito, soft drinks and banana boat rides. Plenty of timee for a good swim too! A fun day out that was incredibly good value for families and groups alike. Thank to all for a lovely day x

They are extremely unprofessional wouldn’t help us with location or anything! Title is misleading. We are extremely upset. Never again

If you like drinking alcohol for 4 hours with loud music, rocking heavily back and forth and seeing fat people without shirts in the bar, then this trip is for you.

Had a lovely day in the boat , staff were all amazing, very comfortable for all the family, just the right amount of time. Didn't do any of the activities but they all looked fun. Food was very nice,

Cool ship with a surprise little ball pit for the kids inside with viewing windows under the water. Saw lots of dolphins and enjoyed all the extras when we stopped. Included was the banana boat ride but you could also pay to do jet skis, parasailing and a speed boat into a cave. Could also rent snorkel gear for refundable deposit. Decent food and drinks. Have to pay 1 Euro for your cup. Extra food available for purchase too. Kids loved the slide off the back of the boat.
