Great experience, lovely staff & food was enjoyable. Would definitely book again

I think we may have been the only couple boarding apart l from a big all inclusive group who were majority French and German. In fact we were the only English people aboard and what a joy! The crew were excellent to a person and superbly mutli-lingual. It’s a totally non-pressured environment. We chose not to swim and not once were the crew on us to jump in or get in the water. We were quite happy drinking, eating and enjoying the music. Kudos to Luke the Anglophile and the rest of the lovely crew. A top day, worth every penny!

Very relaxed & chilled trip. Lovely catamaran with a welcoming & friendly crew, & great facilities. If you want to jump off the boat (once moored), snorkel, or swim this is the prefect excursion, but equally if you want to sun bathe & enjoy the ambience, that’s all good too. Very much appreciated the no pressure approach. Great bar & lovely lunch. Very much the chilled luxury trip as opposed to the party boat. Fantastic day. Definitely a bargain. Thank you.

Fantastic crew, excellent service and a very nice trip. Drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic are included in the price as is lunch (very nice paella). You get to swim in the sea and the boat has a big raft that you can float on and lifejackets if you can't swim. Everything was great, overall.

Disrespect for others when people reserved the beds for 3 hours and people were unable to use the beds on board. When I spoke to staff all they said is there is nothing they can do it’s just like a hotel it happens people reserve them and not use them. The staff did not resolve the situation when brought up. I would advise getting there an hour before boarding to reserve a good spot/ bed as it was crammed with people not using the beds and using the benches.

It is a wonderful experience, they are very kind, spectacular service. They do activities with the children throughout the tour, they speak different languages so there is no problem with that. I went two days ago, which was my birthday; they gifted me a bottle of Cava and congratulated me in a very special way. The lunch was super abundant and delicious, the bar was open the entire trip. They make a stop on the high seas to swim and snorkel. I recommend them 100%.. I would return without hesitation.

We were really looking forward to this trip, however, it was not as we expected ... *The beds are to be shared by two people *There were lots of people on the catamaran (having read reviews of around 15 people, it was more like 50) *The boat took you a short distance along the coast from puerto rico to puerto de mogan & stopped in a little cove for about 2 hours whilst you could swim & eat the paella, then took you back to puerto rico (not what we had expected for a 'trip' & therefore found this to be very expensive for what it was, considering we've taken the same route many times by the ferry boat ) *The paella was nice & there was plenty to drink *The captain was funny & pointed out the flying fish

We thoroughly enjoyed the trip. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. Lovely food, Sangria and friendly staff. Good mix of history of waterfall, time for swimming and saw Cory's Shearwater diving and skimming the water.
